Ok. So this might be the best bbq I’ve ever had in my life. I know for a fact that these are the best hush puppies I’ve ever had, and that’s absolutely definitive. They were super sweet, and gorgeously crunchy on the outside. The pork was beyond incredible, chopped so finely and perfectly tender. The big shard of cracklin’ really was a chef’s kiss.
