This place in incredible. I stopped by here today for the first time ever. They've only been open a year! The food is delicious, high quality and amazing! Everyone who works here was super kind. I'd come back here in a heartbeat! Wish all restaurants were this good.

I've had the privilege of enjoying Ann's food at the farm table and was excited to see her place in Black Mountain. Clean, bright and friendly. So many lovely vegan items to choose from. My favorite was the Mumbai burrito with the cilantro chutney, like a samosa in a wrap. A creative twist on a favorite!

This is my favorite restaurant in Black Mountain! Why? The food is so fresh, healthy, creative, delicious and beautiful plus I can eat with confidence … I have a dairy allergy and I have never had any issues at Annie’s! I enjoy a meal weekly. I have never been disappointed! The staff is also so helpful and kind.

A variety of very good salads, soups, sandwiches, and some Indian-themed and specialty entrees, all made with local produce and mostly vegetarian. Counter serve with a dining area, and takeout. Above average in terms of quality, creativity, and fresh ingredients, with more of a farm/garden feel rather than a high-priced white tablecloth place.

We did a lot of walking so the food didn’t last long enough to get a picture! But I got the black bean burger on the sourdough bread(vegan bread option) and a side of the black bean and corn salad and both were delicious! She said they didn’t put the cheese in the black bean and corn salad anymore (double check) so it was vegan and the black bean burger was an actual thick burger not like the thin ones you normally get at places, both were very good! My daughter got the chickpea salad sandwich also on sourdough and they had a vegan Waldorf salad and she also loved! They were out of a lot of things but we came in about an hour before they closed so if you want more options I would suggest going for lunch and the lady at the counter was very friendly!

I've driven by this a bunch and decided to give it a go today. Ordered a mumbai burrito and a container of med salad to go. The burrito was delicious and really filling. The side was a noodle dish that was really tasty. The med salad (which I got for another meal) was tasty and hit the spot.

The woman behind the counter was super nice.

The turkey burger was the best burger (turkey, beef, or other) in a very long time. Two thumps up

Love the good, love the service and loved the offer to taste test and loved talking to Annie. What a delight to find this little gem of a place. Great menu for those with dietary restrictions and those without. Peach cobbler is yummy!

This place is AWESOME!!! Seriously, there is a wide variety to choose from, fresh ingredients, and everything is relatively healthy and accommodating of different diets. Dine in, grab and go, rotating specials, and regular staples. It's so exciting to have a place like this in Black Mountain. The staff was super friendly, and I'm pretty sure it was the owner who gave me her personal recommendation on reheating the tofu, broccoli, and mango rice bowl (which was incredible, that sauce is everything 👌). I made sure to get like 12 different things to try and each item was better than the last. The roasted red pepper and tomato soup also deserves a special shout out! I can't say enough great things about this place. I don't live locally anymore, but I can't wait to come back to try more. Give Annie's your business! 💛
