Pizza Machine Black Mountain

Pizza was good but pricey $17 for a pizza the size of a medium. Lady at the counter had a problem with me paying with cash.

Pizza was nothing to write home about.The man that made our pizza was not particularly pleasant, and when we asked for plastic ware, he said "we believe the world is a better place with less plastic". Well I do too, and then he waited a while and said "do you want some silverware"? Why didn’t you say that in the first place? No need to be snarky to your customers about it. You can raise awareness about a cause without being aggressive by saying something like "reusable is better than disposable, here’s some silverware instead". You can also get biodegradable forks and knives.

I’ve had this pizza a few times. Inconsistent. Crust is always different. Sometimes it’s a nice chewy crust that has properly risen, other times the crust is a hard flat cracker almost too crisp to eat. This place needs some quality control. Meh.

Order delivery from DoorDash, when driver showed up they had not made my pizza yet- they told him 1 hr more they where too busy with dine in, then over hr later delivery was cold, over cooked and not tasting good!

The pizza was great, got sausage and mushroom and was happy with the overall quality and taste. It's a good crispy crust and the toppings were generous. I will be back, especially when friends come to town to visit

I love coming by here and picking up a pizza. Thin crust and the guys working are polite and engaging. Great experience for us and I come back ever time I am in the area.

A fun, one of a kind experience with delicious side effects.

I ordered a calzone and sat and waited for it. We ended up putting it on top of the oven and I had to go up and ask about it because they had forgotten about my order. I ordered a sausage and pepperoni calzone but when I received was a sausage and mushroom calzone. This would not have been an issue except that I am highly allergic to mushrooms and ended up in the emergency room. So I got a dinner I couldn’t eat in a large medical bill because they were not paying attention to the products they were putting on their pizza

Had the best deep dish pizza from Pizza Machine and breadsticks. Yu helped make recommendations and they didn’t disappoint. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a unique pizza experience.

Really great place. Loved the pizza and the atmosphere they have there.

Cool, funky atmosphere with the kitchen inside a converted school bus. Unfortunately, the pizza is very disappointing and on the pricey side. Crust was almost inedible, flavorless and crumbles like dust. I hope they can make some changes to their dough, because this place could be really great.

Repeat customer, multiple visits. Pizza is always excellent, fresh ingredients. Sometimes can take awhile but they always inform you of wait time.
