Just got to finally solve the delicious mystery that is the Bowl in the Wall.
We tried to go once before while they were closed for renovation and we were so confused as to where it was really located. The answer is a semi-hidden door in the wall of the building that opens magically up to a courtyard. It is an extremely unique and enjoyable overall vibe.
The food was well-worth the wait and mystery solving. Staff were extremely friendly and we definitely enjoyed our visit, we will be coming back! We advise anyone ever in the area to give them a try!

Healthy and delicious and reasonable priced! The person helping was extremely friendly and food came out super quick. Love that they use compostable bowls. The pickled blueberries were an interesting and delicious touch! Only wish they offered brown rice :)

Overpriced and meh. We expected more. Instead we got a bowl with a handful of dried dark meat chicken, daikon radish chunks, three pieces of broccoli and some onion. It was a ridiculously small amount of food w rice because they were out of the cabbage base. We left hungry.. There was no one at the window so we finally asked the guy at the bar to get someone. Nice guys but this place misses the mark. We are local. There are better places to eat.

I don’t know where to really start with this review.. The several hairs in the food, the fact it was ice cold, the kimchi being the only thing w any flavor, the lack/missing sauces in one of the bowls, or even that each bowl was only filled about a third of the way.. Personally, I’ll never be ordering again, nor would I recommend anyone else to order from here. I suppose the out of order DoorDash page should have been my first sign that this place may not be the best place to order from.
Can say that there was one positive! I ordered a sweet tea and ended up w both a sweet tea and an unsweetened tea. Extra drink.
Pictured are two of the hairs found in the bowl.

This is my first time I had to do a bad review for a restaurant. I am not picky I eat everything but for the first time I try a new restaurant the food is bad. The only good things in the plate was the chicken ,kimchi, eggroll the rest had a bad taste. The rice tasted weird. Never again ordering from here cause it was $50+ for two bowls and the egg roll just for it to taste disgusting and have to be thrown!! Wish I could get a refund cause it really disappointed me. Plus I asked for Coke Zero and they gave me a Diet Coke if you don’t have it then why put it in your menu. This was ordered through door dash. Y’all need to lower your prices for bad food. $18 for a bowl is crazy plus small eggrolls for $16!! With no sauce!

Price was high for what you get. $16 (before tip) for eight shrimp and some overcooked rice. The toppings were ok, the sauce lacked much of any flavor. The service was not great from the man that was at the register. The bartender, however, was very kind.

Had a HUGE hair in my food. A long, thick, black hair wrapped up in my food. I'm not sure who prepared the food about half an hour ago but they should really invest in hair nets...I submitted a photo to doordash but they said they were only able to refund $5. What a waste. And it was cold. I've tried this place twice, first time was kinda blah, thought it was a bad day for them, but this kind of seals the deal...

Walking in the location was already such an experience. The smell of the seasoning were greeting us with Love. The area has a cute rustic design with alot of art to enjoy. There's plenty of seating for families. And last but not forgotten, the food was absolutely delicious ???

Absolutely loved this place! We had been walking around town and stumbled upon this place with wonderful food and sweet little picnic benches to sit, eat, and talk at.

Super yummy & fresh! Best Asian food we’ve had around town. We’ll def be back to try seasonal items on the menu & experience their new expanding storefront. The staff were super sweet, down to earth & welcoming.
Delicious food with great menu options and reasonable prices. I enjoy the customizable bowls and everything we ordered tasted great. The shrimp was perfectly cooked. There was plenty of food and my husband and I both left satisfied.
We did receive less than friendly service when we went. As the only people there, we were "greeted" as though we were a bother then when our food was ready, my husband grabbed it from the window and as he did, he was hastily moved out of the way so the employee could come from behind the counter. Still an empty restaurant at this time. Otherwise, I probably would have given 5 stars.
I'd go back because I liked the meal so much.

My husband and I had lunch here today. It’s a little bare bones, but not too bad. Our order was up very quickly, probably because it was just warmed up. Food was served on a bet of stale and clumpy rice. The meat in his bowl was not trimmed, and much of it was not edible. The broccoli in mine was very limp and obviously reheated. The chicken was not hot and had very little seasoning. This was our first and last time going. Edible, but very disappointed.
