Not gonna lie, I was a little doubtful about this place but…. We walked in to this unique little spot and enjoyed some banging bowls. Shrimp, steak and chicken was all cooked great, ramen was on point and the service was impeccable. Great little chill spot for lunch and dinner.

100/10!!! SO DELICIOUS! When we came we had a warm welcome from Mac, delicious food & above and beyond service! They turned the heaters on for us, brought out blankets, cleared our plates and really went the extra mile to exceed our expectations. And on top of that… the food was AMAZING! I just got back from Japan and it is seriously at that level of cooking. The flavors are phenomenal. Keep it up y’all, we’ll definitely be back! ???

We just happened upon Bowl in the Wall and could not have been more fortunate. The bowls were so fresh and delicious!! An absolute hidden gem.Vegetarian options: Build your own bowl was a fabulous option for vegetarians including teriyaki tempeh that was delicious!

This was our 2nd time here. The 1st time we had a wonderful experience and GREAT food!! But unfortunately the customer service was poor AND the food was not cooked thoroughly. The guy working had an attitude with us the whole time. He made some unnecessary comments & made us feel unwelcome. My order was also missing the broccoli so he ended up giving me THREE half cooked pieces. The rice was not cooked either. I shouldn't be paying $14 for some crunchy broccoli & crunchy rice. Really disappointing experience.

Stopped by for lunch and was highly impressed that such good food can come from such a small space! The chef was very friendly as well. I took his recommendation of the lemongrass marinated pork bowl with some greens & pickled jalapeños. Mind blown!

Delicious, flavorful bowls. Good portions. It's nice to have more Asian fare in Black Mountain. Bowls are quick and easy, and preferable to most quick options - the bulgogi and other meats are very tasty but you can still get your veggies with broccoli, kimchi, etc. You can also have lettuce as half or all of your bowl base.The layout is sort of like a permanent food truck (similar to Foothills Grange), great outdoor space to enjoy during warmer weather.If the Outdoor Collective retail space is closed, enter the dining space from the gravel drive to the right of the building.
