I was cruising through the local ingles drifting my buggy a little bit though the turns here in Hendersonville. The plan was to just grab a few things for work and some coffee. I will be honest and admit I am usually a Folgers kind of guy. I mean they say it is the best part of waking up, and who am I to argue. I decided to try something new, that’s when I noticed some bags sitting on a shelf towards the front of the store. Dynamite Coffee! I gave it a quick google and it turns out it is made local. I noticed one of the bags had a cannon on it. I thought it looked pretty cool, which all the bags had good looking designs. “Dynamite Expresso” was the name. I said, I am sure that it has plenty of caffeine. I poured it in the coffee maker, and when I say it smelled like heaven, I mean it. Finally, after much anticipation it finished brewing, the room was filled with the smell of happiness. As I poured it into my cup, my mouth was watering like Niagara Falls. Then, I took a sip. I would compare the taste to warm sunshine on a cold snowy day or putting on a jacket you haven’t worn in a while, and you find a $20 dollar bill in one of the pockets. It was truly amazing. Then the caffeine started to do its job. Not jittery, just a smooth ramp up of motivation and alertness. Like a plane taking off. I want to say thank you! I am sure my job would thank you too.

We just got some sodas (they have really interesting soda and other drink options) but the atmosphere was nice! Cozy and comfortable, with interesting music that matched the feeling of the place. The employees were attentive and really knowledgeable about their coffee. There was a great view too!

Pastries, treats, fresh, locally roasted and brewed coffee, been a BMT staple since 2010 ‘ish.

Many locals are through here daily, plenty of seating inside (with music, vinyl) and outside patio (hwy 70 noise).

Vending machine for bagged coffee if after hours.

Ask the staff about taking home a bag, they will grind to your specific brew method and bag up multiple options.

My go-to faves for home brew are Mexico # 4 grind fine for pour over, and Sumatra # 6 grind, medium for regular drip coffee pot.

Parking: Gravel lot, careful pulling out on old 70 cars go fast to end of street.

Excellent customer service! Had a minor issue with an online order and they fixed it immediately. Got the replacement coffee very quickly and it's prefect.

I am an iced coffee fanatic and moved to the area in November and finally got around to trying Dynamite Roasting......I purchased the Cold Brew at a local grocery story and let me say, its the BEST tasting coffee I have ever tried. Clean, nutty, with a lil smokiness to balance the sweetness of a splash or creamer but honestly great by itself. You can tell it's a coffee is good when you don't mind drinking it black. Now I just have to check out the coffee shop!

A 'local' strongly recommended we pick up coffee here before returning home. We both got Mochas, and we're amazed at the taste. You ought to try it when in the area. You won't be disappointed.
