Bought 4 flat iron steaks, & a quart of beef bone broth.

One of the butchers, Meg helped me and is super sweet and kind. Upon request, she offered recommendations on how to prepare & cook flank steaks.

Great food and great variety. Service was unbeatable. Menu was such a surprise and so deliciously fresh made.

We came hear after hearing about the delicious food and fries, but the only thing that was open was the meat market and coffee shop. left disappointed and hoping to try their food someday.

Super nice people and quick service during a busy Sunday brunch hour. Served 9 people with the most amazing breakfast sandwiches (I had the egg, bacon and cheese on ciabatta with home made herb aioli), ate outdoors on the patio with a lovely breeze. Yum!

Would love to rate 5 stars and will gladly change this rating if they update their menu or cooking oils. Menu says 'Tallow Fries' yet they're cooked in a blend that includes GMO Soybean oil! Everything says "Honest Meats" and "Keepin' It Honest", yet they're not honest about that! Love coming here, but at least be honest with your customers.

The signage is confusing, the website listed $4:50 for a latte and was changed $5:50 for what appears to be a 6 0z cup. The was good. Their meat prices were absurd.

Enjoyed an incredible experience at the butcher bar last night. Known as the butcher's table, it was a way to experience many different cuts of local meats while sharing an evening with friends and strangers. Be on the lookout for an upcoming event. It's a clever take on a family style meal.

March 2022 saw the return of Foothills Brunch and we've enjoyed everything on the brunch menu so far. Fried Callas (pictures) are great, as is the bread pudding, Chicken biscuit, gravy and biscuits, and the grit bowl. Staff is consistently friendly and helpful.Brunch is only on weekends; plan accordingly.
