By far the best butcher shop in Buncombe County! Fresh meat, locally sourced, premium cuts, amazing service, kind and knowledgeable staff and worth visiting Blk Mtn for! I drive 45 mins from Haywood county just to come here if that tells you anything.
Terrible burger for the price would not be back
Seriously the BEST ribeye steak I have ever had in my life. THE BEST.
The ribeye and Denver steaks are so good. There is a huge difference between these steaks and the ones from a supermarket. I’m not going anywhere else from now on.

Great food and great variety. Service was unbeatable. Menu was such a surprise and so deliciously fresh made.
We came hear after hearing about the delicious food and fries, but the only thing that was open was the meat market and coffee shop. left disappointed and hoping to try their food someday.
Super nice people and quick service during a busy Sunday brunch hour. Served 9 people with the most amazing breakfast sandwiches (I had the egg, bacon and cheese on ciabatta with home made herb aioli), ate outdoors on the patio with a lovely breeze. Yum!
