We had the Carolina Hot Dogs and they were delicious.Normally I'm not a French fry person but these were out of this world. We enjoyed sitting outside and enjoying the space

Super nice people and quick service during a busy Sunday brunch hour. Served 9 people with the most amazing breakfast sandwiches (I had the egg, bacon and cheese on ciabatta with home made herb aioli), ate outdoors on the patio with a lovely breeze. Yum!

Would love to rate 5 stars and will gladly change this rating if they update their menu or cooking oils. Menu says 'Tallow Fries' yet they're cooked in a blend that includes GMO Soybean oil! Everything says "Honest Meats" and "Keepin' It Honest", yet they're not honest about that! Love coming here, but at least be honest with your customers.

The signage is confusing, the website listed $4:50 for a latte and was changed $5:50 for what appears to be a 6 0z cup. The was good. Their meat prices were absurd.

Enjoyed an incredible experience at the butcher bar last night. Known as the butcher's table, it was a way to experience many different cuts of local meats while sharing an evening with friends and strangers. Be on the lookout for an upcoming event. It's a clever take on a family style meal.

March 2022 saw the return of Foothills Brunch and we've enjoyed everything on the brunch menu so far. Fried Callas (pictures) are great, as is the bread pudding, Chicken biscuit, gravy and biscuits, and the grit bowl. Staff is consistently friendly and helpful.Brunch is only on weekends; plan accordingly.
This review is for the Foothills Grange, a new space with giant outdoor playground for kids, cool wood pellet heaters, a food truck, and little bar. Nice selection of local beers on tap. I really enjoyed the Hi-Wire Bed of Nails Brown Ale. The nitro stout was also decent. The cheeseburgers were delicious, fries ok, tater tots good.

Walked into restaurant during open hours and was told I needed to leav because they were going to close soon. Literally walked in to buy a soda. I have worked with the restaurant industry for several years as a server. It is good practice to serve your customers during open hours. At least lock the front door if your don't want customers during open hours. The tone was also blunt and dismissive. I would never talk to a customer in that manor and I actually would have received the communication well if it had been respectful.

Dropped in for sandwiches after a walking tour of Black Mountain. The restaurant is right down the street from the old depot. Menu had a good variety of foods. Service was quick, and portions were generous. I recommend the Carolina hot dog with tater tots.

Good place but takes forever just to buy meat. Can you please let people that want to buy the very expensive (but high quality) meat to skip the people that are ordering dine-in? The people taking the orders are slow, and the people ordering are slow! I gave up and just walked out. Also the meat selection needs to be increased.

Loved this spot. Stumbled across this joint around dinner time on a Monday night. You just can't go wrong with a burger at a butcher shop! Classic thick and juicy burger in a dog-friendly setting. Also a great selection of local craft brews and ciders. Clean, fast and great service. I'd go back when I'm back in the area.
