Asked to pay for the person behind me and the cashier threw her hands up and put her head down in aggravation. I said if it's too hard just forget it. She said " I'd have to get a manager to charge the same card twice"... and? I mean just forget it if it's causing you this much headache to pay it forward. Foods usually pretty good for McDonalds but it's not the first time this particular person was rude for no reason.

They don't keep their lines straight and you'll be waiting while people who got there after you get their order taken before you. No customer service. Awful people work here.

If I could give negative stars I would. From forgetting condiments to messing up your entire order this place sure has it all. I mean, you ask for extra sauce and they DOUSE it on; enough to waterboard four people with. Also, to McDonald’s in general, put the damn Quarter Pounder with Cheese Deluxe back on the menu, because I know it exists in your system. I don’t know where it exists because it seems like your employees have a hard time finding it every single time I order it and half the time I get the wrong burger. I am so sick of wasting my time getting my shit fixed because you have incompetent employees. Fire them all and hire new people at this point cause you certainly can’t fix em. Or at least your trainers sure can’t.

Ridiculously inconsistent. Probably short staffed, but no way to know what to expect when you pull up to drive through. Sometimes excellent service, sometimes you can't tell if they've just closed or are ignoring you. With electronic menu signs, should be able to show if they are closed are not, as the online posted schedule doesn't reflect actual close times. So, usually I just don't go unless I'm wanting to play the guessing game.

Say in the drive thru for 15 minutes before someone came across the speaker. She started to take our order and then skipped to the other speaker and never came back to me. Pulled off and left after another 5 minutes and 8 cars in the other lane going ahead of me.
