10/10 best ice cream and dessert place in Black Mtn! They make milkshakes now and you chose any of their snoballs flavors to one out of!!! That’s over 100 flavors of milkshakes! We will be back soon!

A great little spot, easy to walk to, super chill staff and lots of reasonably priced flavors to choose from.
But I cannot give any place 5 stars to any place that doesn't have water accessible. I just wanted some water for my dog while we were eating snowcones, and I had to buy a $2 water bottle because they said the sink was only a service/cleaning sink. Even though I said it's Only for my dog not for a person, they refused to just give tap water for her. Outside of that, it'd be REALLY nice to just be able to wash your hands clean from sticky snowcone stuff after eating, and that's also not possible there.
You guys are awesome and we love the space!
Best place in black mountain for ice cream! And my dog loves their pup-cups! They have it all- New Orleans style Shaved Ice, Ice Cream, and Soft Serve! Ask for Courtney she’s the best!!

This place is wonderful. Our family had so much fun creating new memories with fun flavors and and games! Mckenna and the girls in there made it so much more fun!

Wow! So many flavors to choose from! Snowballs, milkshakes, and ice cream!
The best of the best! WE LOVE PELICANS! Come get Hershey’s ice cream, milkshakes, soft serve, and of course the World’s Best Snoball!
Been brining my kids here for 5+ yrs they eat the sugar free version half the time and can't tell the difference
