This place is pretty good. 4 stars bc it's not as good as Jeremiah's on Merrimon. What I will say is that I think the ice cream (particularly the mint moose tracks) is better than other places in town. [Note: not sure if they make it or buy it.] The weird part is that it's an ices place!
My kids and I drove more than 30 minutes to go to Pelican as a special treat for my daughter who did something really difficult earlier in the day. Google said it was open but when we got there the owner said it was a mistake and they were doing training. It had been a very long and stressful day and contemplating the hour of driving for nothing made me pretty upset. The owner could have totally ignored me but instead he got the trainee to make my kids two snocones and gave them...
