Phils Bar-B-Que pit is a great place if you're in the area. The food was great (I'm not typically a barbecue person.) Service was quick, and the atmosphere was great. I absolutely loved this place.
This place is amazing! It is a little hole-in-the-wall local place with great, original food, friendly staff, and a family atmosphere. If your kiddos have a 1000 allergies like our kids do, this is the place to go. They accommodated our severe egg allergy really well. They even have an allergy button in their system. Great place. We will be back!

Maybe we hit them on an off day today but the chopped brisket sandwich both myself and husband ordered was horrible. The bun was not soft and the meat tasted like pure liquid smoke. The hush puppies were tough as well. My husband said his baked beans were good but my fried okra was tough also. It was just overall a horrible experience.

Delicious, tender brisket with hushpuppies, collard greens & coleslaw. The Brunswick Stew we brought home was also yummy!
