I only called and they were nice
One of my "go-to" regularly restaurants and I've never left disappointed. Friendly folks who (yes) treat me like a regular. Although staff changes take place over the years, there's always a few who stay "long time" and such is the case at Sake Sushi. I appreciate their familiarity as I often eat alone. Also, I've learned some things like there's near 30,000 islands in Pacifica !!
Dietary restrictions: I get my to-go sans soy and take it home to my coconut amino acids.

Nice place and good food. Staff was good. Limited parking areas though but a nice atmosphere with other small shops around.

Amazing sushi! Service and food were all great! The Wasabi was even amazing. We shared 4 rolls and the pan fried dumplings which too was amazing!!

The best Japanese food in the area!!
Sake Sushi is amongst the best in WNC. I ordered the sashimi deluxe ($26) which is chef's choice. The salmon and escolar were particularly tender and very fresh. All of the seafood glistened and was vibrant. Very high quality and an excellent price. Sushi is always a work of art but my chef (young man with glasses) paid particular attention to detail in regards to the aesthetic of the plate.

We arrived a little after 5pm for an early dinner after a long afternoon hike. The dumpling soup and specialty sushi rolls that we ordered were all delicious.

Quality of food was well below average. Miso soup was tasteless, the teriyaki chicken was way over cooked and was dry and stringy. Veggies were not fresh etc. Will not return.
Parking: More parking behind restaurant

Disappointing from the service to the meal. Tempura batter was thick and hard. The teriyaki was awful. Just not a good experience.

I've ordered takeout from here before and it was okay. Not worth the price whatsoever. We usually go to another chinese place in town that's half the price for the same amount of food and better quality but they were closed today. Paid 20 for tofu teriyaki, it was soggy and bland. Most of it, I mean 80% of the meal was soggy grilled onions and unseasoned undercooked vegetables. Paid $10 for 4 burnt rangoons. Everything was just so soggy and we picked up as soon as it was ready. We will stick to other places in town moving forward and there's $60 down the drain tonight.
