In ohio I give the girl a 20 in tip for running food out to my utilities truck when I'm on midnights in ohio.
Haven't ate since 5am working 15hr shifts around the clock to keep people on black mountain on wish people had a heart

Ordered through the app they literally gave me cheese and my drink that’s it! So I’m supposed to just eat cheese!!! Seriously this used to be the best location it’s severely went downhill! How do you miss a whole order!!! Like get real!!! I want my money back and food for this this absolutely ridiculous it’s not hard to follow a screen and do it right! I worked for Taco Bell it’s not that freaking hard!! Get your shit together cuz these employees not giving a shit about there job gives this location a bad name

I placed a order and when I say never again never again my food was cold and the manager there was so rude about my order being absolutely disgusting looking along with no fork napkins or anything when I called the manager got an attitude with me about it

I mean, who really cares about reviews anyway? People are still gonna pick up some cheap, barely digestible food when it's the only thing open, but why would you even be open if you aren't going to make the food that I paid for? Had the worst experience here, ordered all vegetarian food since I am allergic to meat, got beef instead of beans. When I approached the lady manager, she didn’t even care. She was very disrespectful and cocky. She didn’t even apologize for the mess up. Worst customer representative I’ve ever seen.
