0 stars. Ordered $100 of food online 30 minutes ahead of time and arrived with no other customers in the restaurant. We ended up missing about half of our food, with half our group not getting any of their food. Those who did get food had about half of their orders made wrong. Not that we had high expectations but let’s be so real.

After driving for several hours, I decided to get a late-night snack around midnight and went through the drive-through. Initially, I thought the restaurant was closed because all the lights were off. I parked to check the hours and noticed food being delivered to a pickup truck nearby. I then went to the door and was directed to the drive-through. I could see the staff preparing to close in the dim light. I returned to the drive-through, and a young woman took my order, but unfortunately, she informed me that no fried items were available.
As soon as you walk in you can see the floor is nasty and the tables was sticky and gross the drink machine smelled of mold, my husband and I both got the luze craving box his chulipa was greasy and hard, his soft taco was awful they had bad lettuce on it and the shell was hard, his 5 layer burrito had a hard shell and it was discolored. My taco was stale and it had a bit like piece missing off the top of the shell, my chulipa is hard and it has bad lettuce and the presentation of the food is just awful. This is not the only time we had awful service and the floor and tables were nasty and there should have been no reason there was no customers there at all.

The service was great. That's about it. We got our food quickly and even received our drink cups without asking. The place was absolutely filthy. There were very little customers. Every table had cheese on it, the floors looked like they hadn't been swept since the shift change. We went in at around 5:00 pm. Even the bar was nasty. The bathroom had pee everywhere. This is unacceptable in Black Mountain, the front porch should be clean, for the tourists at least. Oh the food.. it was awful. The tortilla wraps were brown, and I don't mean from the grill. The meat was extremely greasy. The lettuce was brown and no tomatoes. Ok, I can understand running out of tomatoes, but no one told this to us. Again the employees did a great job getting the food to us, it just wasn't very good food. They were all nice and polite as well.

Just got food for 3 people an hour ago at the drive thru. None of the sauces were in the bag. Tacos werent wrapped well and were just spilled in the bag. And no napkins. So we got food on the go because we're traveling and in a hurry. Now we still have to stop. Details matter. Whoever is working right now could really use some training and guidance.
