I do not recommend this restaurant. In an attempt to order carry out, I tried unsuccessfully to place an order online, via phone calls (2 separate attempts) and finally ordered face to face in the restaurant. I did not leave the area while waiting on my food. Six orders were picked up, some of which were ordered after mine, while I patiently waited 1 hour and 15 minutes after which I gave up and cancelled my order. I can’t tell you how the food was but can tell you I’ll not be returning and will drive to Marion (original owners of Thai Basil) when I want Thai food.

Our group of three stopped for lunch one weekday recently. We ordered a seafood soup, which was just divine; a lunch noodle special that was good; and a child’s fried rice. Portion sizes were great. The outdoor service was hit or miss and it took a very long time for our lunch to arrive. The quality of the food will bring us back but be pretty downs more time here than you want if need to.

This was a culinary experience! I can't recommend it enough! The curry was delicious as well as their glass noodles, the chicken patay left us practically drooling. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and we're able to advise us in our choices. They have a spicy index drom one to five and I highly recommend mild if you're not a spicy fan, as the mild has a gentle kick to it. Can't wait to return!

I was very excited getting a door dash order so I could do some recon before I had a chance to eat there. Received a doordash order and arrived at 725 for a 732 pickup. Upon arrival was told 5 minutes. Several times I was told 5 minutes upon asking. At 745 I’m guessing a female manager told me 5 to 10 more minutes. After 10 more minutes still no answer. I watched delivery orders come out that were called on and placed after mine. There seemed to be much confusion as some of the workers didn’t know if orders with receipts had or had not been paid for. Confusion on orders with people with the same name for pick up and dining in. Observed a lot of Chaos and I watched the kitchen and saw no clear direction or in the words of Chef Ramsey who is expediting. They cost me money and I didn’t even get to taste the food. Definitely changes my excitement of eating there…..Finally got my order at 802

The restaurant was recently sold and new management is in charge. Excellent location with parking spaces in front. It has outdoor and indoor tables. Dinner has a menu with different prices. Tasteless food and small portions. Orders prepared instantly.
