Been coming to the Dripolator in Black Mountain for 10 years. I’m in the shop many times each week and the friendly service and talented baristas make it a great cafe. The coffee was super tasty, and the customers gave the shop an extra chill vibe. It wasn't too busy when I went, but I know it can get really packed. You have to walk up a couple of steps to get in so it's not really wheelchair friendly. It's also a pretty small coffee shop without a ton of extra room, but it's super cozy and fun.
