Hands down best espresso martini I’ve ever had. Vance was absolutely amazing! Even when they’re super busy, they’re so friendly and accommodating. I’m not from the area but I wish I were just to enjoy the drinks and customer service. A must for future visits to Black Mountain!

We went early in the day before heading back to our own town. If you want to be pampered and catered to, I can't tell you this is the place. If you want a regulars vibe, with a direct, but very fun staff, absolutely. Not for everyone, I get it, but we were treated like long-time friends that you good-naturedly rib, and we loved it. If that's what you want, and you're polite, I can't recommend it enough. We'll make the 2 hour drive just to come back.

I was really excited to try this spot but left immediately after entering due to the rude bartender. Brown long hair, she was perturbed that we were interrupting her conversation with her coworker. Continued talking to him instead of greeting us when coming in. I asked if they had a cocktail menu to which she just looked at me and pointed up. I said “oh ok, it’s right there” which the cocktails were in the opposite corner of where she was pointing. Then my husband said “do you have a Mexican lager?” To which she pointed up. Nowhere near where the beers were listed. We just wanted to have a positive experience and maybe be talked to instead of felt like we were burdens. Will never return.
McKayla, the bartender, is awesome! Very friendly and personable and attentive. Will definitely go back!

Very cool little bar slash coffee house right on the corner. We were there noonish on a Friday and not real busy. Great beer choices and a full bar. Coffee smelled wonderful. Service was a little slow with it being so slow and the bartender on her phone but definitely would go back
