We put a mobile order then arrived after 20 minutes! Thinking it would be ready but no, we pull up and the lady at the speaker was so nasty, then we wait about 1 hour at the window waiting, then she sees we are visibly upset and comes to the window and starts doing some demonic laughing like it was NOT normal and then says “you don’t need to be upset I’m the one making the food your just waiting in the car” then they messed up the food and my friends fries are literally brown and crunchy, you could hang them up as wind chimes We’ve gone here so many times and literally each time we go they are rude. I don’t think there’s ever been a time that they were nice. Don’t go here Also I’m pretty sure she had like some light Ginger hair

Got items at the drive thru. They didn't include the chili. We were 15 miles out when we discovered we don't have the item and called them and asked to refund the money to our card. They said they can't and we need to drive back for our item. Had the audacity to say we will get a free chili on our next visit after the drive back.

This location is never open on time. They are supposed to open at 6:30am and it’s usually 6:45 or later. Have to sit in the drive thru and just wait if you want their food.

Inside around 15 minutes. Only one order was taken at the counter. The staff was standing around scowling. Not putting doing anything. WE LEFT AND told people in the very long drive thru line about our experience.

Absolutely terrible experience. I waited over 20 minutes in the drive-thru for cold, soggy fries and a burger that looked like it had been slapped together in five seconds. The order was wrong, the staff seemed irritated when I politely pointed it out, and the drink machine inside was out of almost everything. The dining area was dirty, tables hadn’t been wiped down, and the trash cans were overflowing. This Wendy’s clearly has no interest in customer service or basic cleanliness. Won’t be coming back.
