The lady with the dark hair with her hair in a small bun that waited on us at the register was rude. Didn’t greet, didn’t smile, and she didn’t act like she wanted to be there. The food was excellent. The floors were slick, and chairs not as clean as they should’ve been. They may have been short on help, so I’m giving them the benefit of the doubt, however, there was no excuse for her attitude.

I have never, in my life, been to a place that messes up my order so much. The folks working are nice, but I haven’t left without missing items, being given someone else’s food entirely. I should check, but at this point I kinda love the surprise.

The best view in any fast food restaurant. We went in and were very excited to try the well-advertised triple berry frosty with our food. We went in and the air just felt dirty. The floor was so slick that I was able to slide my chair like it had wheels and I could do a pretty epic moonwalk. Emily took our order and was patient with our complicated orders. Our food for the first order came fairly quickly but we were given chocolate frosty and informed that they were out of the triple berry way after the fact. The frosty were still good but I was disappointed we weren’t informed about the fact that they were out of stock. Our second order took over 15 minutes to come and it was smaller and placed immediately after the first. The men’s bathrooms were very dirty and the paper towel thing was broken. I wiggled it around until it popped open so I could some paper towels. The women’s bathroom, per my sources, not my evaluation, was “clean and smelled good”. They did have the giant free ketchup pumps instead of the tiny packets which was a plus.

Kid-friendliness: Not very kid friendly, it is was just so dirty.

The man at the window was so sweet. My grandson took forever to order what he wanted and I apologize to man in the window and he was like"you don't worry about that you worry about that baby. We have more than enough time to wait on him." And the food was on point my grandbabies ate it like it was their last meal hahaha! Black mountain Wendy's is awesome!

I only went for breakfast through the drive-thru. The service was fastand friendly. The sausage biscuit was perfect, decent size, and the sausage met the edges of the biscuit. Also, their coffee is good, and a good size, not like all the other places where a large is basically the same amout as a medium, only in a taller, narrower cup.

Let me tell you a story. I was extremely sick at a particular camp I went to, and after testing positive for flu, we went to Wendy’s. This Wendy’s changed my life. I got the strawberry frosty, and It helped me regain focus and get through this. GOD BLESS WENDYS AND GOD BLESS AMERICA ???????????????? (below are pictures of this great miracle)
