Charged my father for an order that he made but they claimed that they never received. When he called them to confront them they never answered. Bunch of fraudsters working there. Also I looked up the domain name for the email address that they tell people to reply to and it is not a valid domain address because it is for sale.

We did a mobile pickup for for 6 pizzas. They had my phone number and email. They canceled our order without contacting me and Informed me when I arrived at the pickup time. We had a group of teens we were feeding a text telling me they couldn't fill the order would have BEEN SO HELPFUL

Just felt dirty. From their utensil containers to their dirty tables, everything felt unclean. I ordered the meat lovers melt and salad bar. The salad bars choices were nearly empty so I was scraping the bottom of the barrel and it appeared to have been out there for awhile. The melt was overcooked and some grey meat chunks I couldn't identify. After a few bites I was done. Simply gross.

Ordered pasta and bread sticks. Food was done quickly. Staff was friendly. Location easy to find. Food not as good as other Huts. Bread sticks weren't very warm either and we picked up before order was even ready at first. Establishment said they were out of plates. Decent portion sizes for cost.

This pizza hut was awesome. There were only 2 of them and they did great on my 5 pizzas. I came out of town to visit some family and they really enjoyed it
I'm only giving giving this low rating because pizza hut has let its employees down at this location. They always have something going on with there system. Phone,s are down all the time and if you a customer calling back it's like you calling out of state and don't talk to restaurant. Shame on you pizza hut. Get them a better support system if you want your employees to last..............

I had a Diet Pepsi a medium pan pizza what's extra cheese and pepperoni.
This place had a lunch buffet that we just missed by 3 minutes! We stopped because of the buffet...but no. My husband got boneless wings and was satisfied. Most of the tables were dirty because of the buffet crowd. The Shift Leader was very nice and so was the woman cleaning the tables. All in all it was a typical Pizza Hut experience in the beautiful quaint town of Black Mountain, NC
