If I could give them negative 20 stars I would this place is a joke you can’t place an order for delivery. They transferred your call and make you wait for 10 minutes and then you never get a hold of someone then they tell you your address is out of range once you finally do get someone on the phone. It’s a complete and utter joke. No wonder they’re about to close down. No one can even place the order to buy pizza from them if they want to.

The floors are dirty, the salad bar had nothing on it fresh, what pizza was on the buffet was cold and hard. Kayla was absolutely no help when I told her how bad the food was. She didn’t offer a discount, replacement or even an apology. At least 10 people were standing around looking at the buffet asking for fresh pizza and no one got anything. I’m in complete disbelief at the cost for 2 people who got absolutely terrible food.
Update! Still no refund or phone call from this manager! What absolutely repulsive customer service! Do better!

This PH is horrible. They have been advertising on their sign about their buffet since I moved here. For over a month, I have tried to go to their buffet. There is a sign saying short staffed and dining room is not open. Great , please take your sign down and quit false advertising to the public.

Low on staff so dining room was locked. Waited in car line for 20 mins to only have to park and wait 45 more minutes for them to cook pizzas that were ordered hours ahead! Very frustrating and staff didn't seem like they really cared that they made me late. No apologies or offers to make things right.

I ordered online for pickup. I order 1 large pizza and 1 medium pizza, wings, and bread sticks. They didn't get my order right and gave me 2 mediums, however the staff was quick to fix and they was so nice about it and wasn't mad about it. I'm not sure the women's names up front but they are absolutely wonderful and I will definitely be ordering from this pizza hut again. Oh and the pizza was delicious and really fresh. Thank you Pizza Hut
Placed an online order at 4:30pm for a 6:15pm pickup. Got the confirmation from pizza hut just fine in my email. But get there and they tell me they never received the order because of “system” issues then proceeded to say they got a large order that put them behind. Then the lady told me to “put the order in again online”… if your system was really broken why would I do that?! I’m hungry and this is complete bs.

The one that was great felt like I got it from a BookIt coupon in the 2nd grade. Nostalgic, tasty, and ready for bed by 8:30p.
