The chicken wings and ale house burger is outstanding! Friendly. relaxed atmosphere and a great assortment of craft beer.
My husband and I enjoyed a dinner outside, in the shade, in mid July. He really liked the Cloud Rise Hazy IPA. We split a Romaine salad and we appreciated that it was delivered on 2 separate plates. He ordered the Ale House burger and thought it was the best burger he had had in a long time-cooked as ordered, thick & juicy. I enjoyed the Turkey & Gruyere sandwich but not memorable. Service was friendly and efficient.

The craft beer selection is outstanding, including a delicious chocolate porter and an absolutely delicious Scotch Ale. Guests can enjoy dishes like the southern fried chicken sandwich and green beans, which are doused in garlic butter and very good. The cheese curds are absolutely delicious and not to be missed. Visitors appreciate the clean and comfortable environment, with lots of outdoor seating so it's great to come to in the summer or fall. The servers are all so personable, incredibly welcoming, friendly, and prompt. Overall, this is a popular spot for food and drink in Blowing Rock, perfect for enjoying a relaxed meal after exploring the area.
