Ordered take out. They got absolutely everything wrong. They comped the meal, which was nice. BUT I would have rather gotten what I had ordered.

We haven’t been here for years. Now we know why. My food come out ice cold. I thought it was frozen at first and had to spit it out. The waiter was very nice got me an another sandwich to go. The blooming onion was great. My husbands food was good and hot. The waiter was very nice and made sure we were taken care of. The bill was over $60 for a sandwich I couldn’t eat. We will not be back.

Ordered through doordash, as we are visiting the area, spent GOOD money, for the food to show up missing a blooming onion, they weren't going to put steak sauce in for a steak door dash driver had to request it, and gave NO utensils to eat with. Wow. Just wow. 1 star, because these people could have cared less if we ate tonight after spending good money. Thought we were going to atleast get a decent meal, that was not the case. You think you would look over orders before you send them out, especially with door dash orders, and take out orders. Update by the time we found utensils food was cold. When I cut my cold filet minion realized it was pink, undercooked for a WELL done, wont even eat this. What a waste of money. Other places mess up orders this bad they atleast make sure to make it right. Had chilis manager bring food that wasn't in our order, they traveled 15 miles, outback is doors down and wouldnt do anything to rectify this. No excuse for this subpar quality of service and subpar food. This place is a disgrace to other outbacks, the food service industry, and the customer service industry. Also, didn't even include my side. Ended up throwing most of this food away unfortunately, wasted money, wasted time, had to go back out and get food from somewhere else after dropping good money on outback. Oh yeah did I mention the potatoe we got, picture included. What a disgrace, no pride on what they put out or rectifying this in any way. We called, we tried to get them to fix this, they would not. This potatoes look appetizing ? Honestly, who puts food out like this? Clearly wasn't even looked at, especially the potato that was completely rotten inside and out. Ended up cutting into this potatoe later on, has some type of worm bug in it all over. The fact food is going out like this, is disgusting, will be contacting all food safety administration's, corporate, and the health department. This was unacceptable. Update to the reply, there was nothing that showed even in the least bit this place was striving to deliver a 5 star anything. I will reitterate we called outback, they did nothing about this huge mess up, the fact you are saying contact to further discuss this, we'll you didn't even try to tackle the problem the two times you got contacted, so what's the point in further trying to talk about something you won't rectify, further wasting more of my time. Wasted so much time on vacation. You want to copy and paste a generic response, for a situation that was so disgusting it should have never happened. People look at the response they have NO problem serving this stuff, and see no problem with it. Any other resteraunt would have caught this. Any other resteraunt would have rectified the situation right away. If your in the area do yourself a favor, don't go through what we did, eat local, chances are thet won't be feeding you rotten food with bugs in it. This complaint about this food will never make it back to this resteraunt to better train their staff. This was a clear violation of food safety. Should have never ever been served. Sad you can tell the person copying and pasting the reply, didn't even care to read what it said. Instead of contacting you, wasting more of my time, I will post this all over letting everyone know what outback is all about, the lack of care, the lack of food safety, the lack of customer service to fix a problem, I will spend my time contacting the necessary agencies and see where I can take this since outback won't do anything about it. Everyone deserves to know what went on here today, better believe I will make this known, these pictures of what you served me will go viral. Our waitress was absolutely amazing. She was very kind and had a wonderful attitude the whole time. Food was good but 3 out of 4 steaks were very overcooked medium steaks came out well done other than that it was good.

First off our service was great the lady we had was very kind and joked with us and it was great! (Wish I got her name to shout her out but she was great)Food was alright asked for medium rare steak and it looked medium rare but was somehow supper tough. Mashed potatoes were cold but the Mac n cheese and lobster was pretty good! My significant other loved her food thankfully! The sewer was the timtam cake and it was also amazing.Atmosphere was lack luster just because it was very empty and so not much was going on it was mostly dead.If it wasn’t for the great service it would have been a pretty mediocre night but the company and service really made it worth while!
