Twigs advertised gluten free food, but the actual choices were extremely limited (4). We were told that the chef would absolutely not make any changes. For instance, could not get a GF plain steak. Ordered salmon, which was flavored with saffron. I never had saffron before, very unusual and I did not like it. The vegetable also was with saffron. So, nearly the worst salmon that I have every had. The only decent part of the plate was the rice.
Loved the entire experience. We sat in the bar and enjoyed the atmosphere. Staff was great. Food was great. We really liked the fried green tomato appetizer. Live music was a bonus.
