What an awesome place. My husband got the pulled pork sandwiche and I got the brisket sandwich, that was the best BBQ I have had in a long time. The baked beans were so good with the bits of meat in it. Definitely will be back next time we go to the mountains.
We ate here on Sunday - there was a wait of about 45 minutes. We had an absolutely amazing experience. Our server was polite, really knew the menu and just overall a great server . The food was delicious , we waited about 35 minutes for the food but it was well worth the wait !I did want to mention that there were a group of people who were just extremely rude , yelling at both their server and then manager - even though this happened the staff never stopped smiling and helping other guests .We will be back !Update 3-24-24I don't know how it's possible, but it was even better than last time !
Solid stop for BBQ after a long hike.The serving sizes for the BBQ tray were generous and the pork and sides were yummy!

This place is a must visit if you are traveling within 25 miles of the Pedalin' Pig BBQ. The food is wonderful. There are many y different selections of BBQ sauce all of them are worth giving a try. The brisket and ribs are great.

The menu says house salad is with mixed greens. No mix, just iceberg lettuce. Added smoked turkey to the salad for $6. Turkey was no different than food lion deli. Slice it thick and cut into cubes. The pig once made the best blue cheese dressing, now it’s watery. Last, I ordered fries on the side and after being served our food I had to hunt the waiter who was playing video games on his phone.New Blowing Rock location, big disappointment. I’ll try it again some day.

Have loved this place in the past but was very disappointed with our service and dinner. Waited 5 min to be greated and seated when the restaurant was practically empty. The food was only slightly warm and the hush puppies tasted as if they were reheated from yesterday. The bathrooms were not clean had no toilet paper (and we were one of the first customers of the evening). Sorry to say we won't be back.

We had pulled pork barbeque and pulled chicken barbeque. The chicken had a sweet smokey flavor and the pork had a great classic taste. We had a double side of sweet potato waffle fries and honey to dip them.

This place was amazing. Piper was our waitress and took my onion allergy very seriously - the food was delicious and would absolutely return the next time in town. The ribs fell off the bone, the pork was tender and juicy. The fried okra was fried perfectly. The family raved over loaded fries saying they were amazing.
