Very disappointed in this location. Went to the cow event and my 3 year old wanted a picture/hug with the cow. the cow didn't pay her any attention and barely stayed out before returning to the back. then I tried to order food and the cashier said she would be right back. when she returned she skipped me and my kids when we was trying to order and started taking the people behind us order. we left and took our business to another restaurant.
I just witnessed a crazy customer at this location swearing up a storm at the associates in the drive thru because she disagreed with a car getting to go ahead of her. I was so impressed with the way the associates and manager handled this situation. They’re always kind and helpful here, and they deserve more grace and patience than they get.
I don’t see why I have to wait for 5 people who ordered after me to get their food before me, especially when I make a very simple order and the people who order after me, make more complicated orders. Also the new supervisors that they hired have horrible attitudes, especially to the employees, I expected Chick-Fil-a to have more class than this, not go straight to the ghetto
