KFC/Taco Bell in Boiling Springs NC is the worst. Not sure what they are smoking out back but they can never get an order correct. This has to be the sorriest fast food place on the planet. It’s not every now and then it’s every time. They leave the phone off the hook so you can’t call and let them know. The absolute worst run business I’ve ever encountered. Sorry, sorry place.I’ve seen lemonade stands run by children with more integrity.
I ordered the 3 piece combo yesterday. It was supposed to be 2 thighs and 1 leg. I got 3 legs and they never mentioned “oh we don’t have that is this okay?”. Okay I let that one go. Then tonight I tried again. My order was canceled because “they had no food”. If your open till 10 cook food till 10. This store is absolutely ridiculous. They follow their own rules and honestly don’t care!
my entire order was wrong. drive-thru was SLOW. after waiting a LONG time, they informed me they’re out of chicken! what!? so i ordered from the taco bell side and it was wrong when i got home. j was told i’d get a refund when j came back but they did not keep their word. this place is horrible.
