A young man came around the other side, saw me and did the same thing. Neither said a word. I waited another 5 minutes and left. What is wrong with these kids? I mean really I'd like to know.

Completely disorganized staff. Rang up wrong orders. Lock doors behind patrons during the middle of the day because they can’t handle all of the orders. Management needs to either better train the staff or hire more staff during peak times.

This is for TACO BELL! We didn't go to KFC, which was on the other side. We ordered and no one else was in line. It took 20 mins to get the food. They forgot the chips. We went back to get them and they looked at us like we weren't being truthful. I ordered the nachos bel grande and the chips were rancid. Must be using rancid oil. I tried calling to tell them 4 times and they didn't answer. Absolutely disgusting and I can't get the taste out of my mouth. I couldn't eat them.

If I could give negative stars I would. I went in there 2 days in a row because it was the closest thing to the stadium and I was on foot. The first day I went in twice, because of the rain. I first went in before noon and ordered a meal. As I waited I went to the bathroom and it was filthy. There was NO SOAP, which makes you wonder how employees properly wash their hands after they pee. I ordered mashed potatoes and had to ask for plastic-ware. They said they were out of all utensils and he manager told me I could use my hand or my mouth. Seriously, that came out of his mouth. I stopped back in later that day because I was trying to escape the rain. I ordered a drink and hit the restroom...>STILL NO SOAP. All of the open tables were filthy with trash and food crumbs all over them. I stopped in the following day for another drink...>STILL NOT SOAP. Absolutely disgusting. This place should be shut down for a health code violation.

Went to KFC Boiling Springs N.C went inside to order food stood there 15 minutes finally had to hollow to get someone to come to front then was told that we would have to leave and go thru the drive thru if we wanted to order. Ask to speak to manager he said the same thing and would not take our order I asked for his name he told me I didn't need it so I said so your kicking us out he said he was going to shut the dining room down this was at 6:30 or 7 will never go there again they need to shut it down this is not the first time I have had trouble at this location. And there was another gentleman behind us and he wasn't happy either. Need to hire some adults to work there and not these smart ass kids

Friday night 8:13 pull up and look at door. States dining room open till10. Walk in and worker is counting money in the counter. Oh our dining room is closed he says but our drive thru is open My wife says the door is unlocked. He reply’s then I’ll go lock it. I ask about the door stating 10 and he would t even reply???? And every time I’ve done the drive thru there it wasn’t right. Someone here should care enough to make a difference

I was in the drive thru line for 10 minutes and it was only 1 other car ahead of me. I could tell when I placed my order that they didn't want anyone there. I left because I was scared of what my food was going to be like since I could tell they REALLY didn't want to serve anyone and the car ahead of me was just getting their drinks after I sat behind them for 5 minutes.

Asked for a breast meal, but they said 25 min. They said they had dark. Asked for two thighs and a leg mashed potatoes and gravy on the side and coleslaw. Left without a receipt and three legs with gravy not on the side. I believe apparently if you don't go in or actually speak with with a manager, you're screwed. This type of scenario has happened three times, and I don't even hardly go there. Thought they might eventually get an order right. Ordered Taco Bell and they couldn't remember sour cream. And had no mild sauce. But they wouldn't tell you no mild sauce until you've paid and start looking.
Store was locked at 530, had to wait 30mins for chicken to cook.....STAY AWAY FROM THIS KFC! RUDE AND NEVER HAS INSIDE OPEN OR FOOD ALREADY COOKED. WORST KFC N THE AREA!!

I was at KFC and waited 55 min in boling springs NC. This isnt the first time I've had to wait for ever . They never have any food. Same thing every time we're out of this we're out of that . I could literally drive to Shelby quicker and actually get what I want for supper. They told me they were out of chicken legs and it would take 15 min . It took 55. I have never wrote a review about anything . When I finally got the food the order was wrong . Please do better
