I am appalled by the service I received by an apparent manager of this Starbucks. She was extremely rude in how she treated us, and was on her phone most of my experience there. I also witnessed the same treatment to other employees, from this woman. I believe her name was Hannah. I truly believe she needs to improve her customer service skills and professional management skills.
