I pulled into the drive-through at 10:24 AM this morning. The Google listing and the sign at the restaurant said they open at 10 AM. The only words spoken in greeting over the intercom were a bored âWeâre not open yet.â I asked what time they would be open, thinking maybe the hours had changed and they just had not updated their information. âWhenever our computers start workingâ was the cold response snapped at me. Taco Bell⊠get your act together and start hiring decent employees. I didnât need to get my head bit off by a disgruntled college student this morning.

Not so bad as far as ordering. Up front employee was very good and took care of those who were in the KFC/Taco Bell. I ordered Taco Bell. Cheese Quesadilla (may always order). And the crunch wrap supreme. The cheese on the quesadilla was not melted and the outside of the quesadilla was just lighted brownedâŠ.but when I turned the package upside down to have it slide down to my hand, there was a tablespoon of black charred bread that slid out first. MeaningâŠthey are not cleaning off the warming tray. I returned it. I got back a quesadilla that tasted like burnt bread and no sauce. The crunch wrap supreme had enough nacho cheese goop on it that it was uneatable. Iâve never been to a Taco Bell that had different tastes than the normal I expect. Iâm sitting in the Taco Bell right now and I can only smell burnt bread. Oh yes, the bathrooms were disgusting. There is no trash can in the menâs bathroom. The drink machine in the main area is broken. They do not have straws. Itâs a place that definitely has 0 oversight.

If I could rate a 0 I would. This place needs to be SHUT DOWN! The employees are so rude and my food wasnât even cooked. When I got to the window, she said âgo aheadâ. That already pissed me off. My quesadilla wasnât cooked nor cut and I wouldnât even call my âtacoâ a taco. Itâs embarrassing to act like that as an adult. The manager and every employee there should be fired. DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION!!!!! Looking at the other reviews, I am disgusted. Sheâs lucky she decided to not pick me to throw the food at because I throw back. :)

They didn't get our food right. Not even close and it took 18 minutes to get it in drive through. There was only 1 car ahead of us and when they received their order it was a small bag. Also could see the front counter and 1 lady was waiting there for a while as well. 10/10 do not recommend

I don't know why I keep having faith that this location (or really any in the Shelby/Boiling Springs area) will get any better. It's gone so downhill in the last two years. In fact, they haven't had a five-star review in two years, if you check. The fast food options here are scarce, but I just can't justify coming here anymore.
They are always out of items, or the grill is broken. The workers at the window are SO RUDE. If you ask for anything extra, like sauce or even a straw for my drink, they roll their eyes at you and act like you are such a bother. I always have to pull forward and wait at minimum 10 minutes for my order to be completely wrong and so sloppily made that you can't actually eat it without a utensil.
It's not even an issue of once in a while they are terrible. It's all the time now, lunch or dinner, every day. Go down the street and give the other local businesses your money; they are cheaper, faster, and friendlier.
Absolutely terrible, all of the food was cold and gross. My wife ordered a quesadilla, and none of the cheese was melted at all. And we waited for like 15 mins after paying to get cold food.

The man literally reached into my vehicle and swung the bag of food in there because he couldnât wait 2 seconds for us to put our money away like a decent individual. I have never in my life seen someone be so disrespectful, not to mention how unsafe that is. This establishment is the worst in several counties in service and friendliness. Iâve already contacted corporate about this matter I wish I could leave no stars. You cannot even contact the gm there because the phone just rings and rings. 6/25 around 7pm if you want friendly service and people who respect boundaries donât go here I am appalled. Oh not to mention how they treat the food just see my Mexican pizza pictures below.

Lobby was nasty, the tables hadn't been cleaned none of them. Took like 3 to 5 minutes to get someone to the counter to order. Air was broke apparently. I asked for crispy but was told original had just came up and it was good
