Every time we go here they either don’t give us everything we order or the food is wrong. Today we ordered 2 - 3 cheese chicken flat bread melts, they put it on tortillas. They did fix my order, which is appreciated. But this place has went downhill! I spent 30 minutes in line today just for it to be wrong.

I wish there was some way to let people know just HOW BAD this place is. It is definitely not fast food. Today is 11/26/2024. I waited in the drive thru about 7-8 minutes in order to place my order. When I got to the window, I paid for 2 Crunch wraps, 2 crunchy tacos, and 2 bean burritos; a total of $20.86. It was 6:15 pm. The girl at the window asked me to pull up to the door and she would have it brought out to me. I did - and I waited...and waited. Finally at 6:45 I went into the place to see what the hold up was and was informed that they gave my order to someone else already and would have to remake my order. I had already waited long enough, I felt, so I asked for a refund. I was told they could not refund my money because the manager wasn't there to open the register (his thumb print was required?). In fact, there was nobody in authority there at all, not Drezden (the manager) or Latoya Allen (shift manager) per the girl at the window. So, I got them to remake my order and I finally got out of there at 7:00pm. When I got home, I found the food to be thrown together (with almost no meat by the way in the crunch wraps). I know anyone can have a bad day, but I have ran into the problem of waiting too long and sloppy food for the last 3 visits and I have been going about once a month. However, this is my last visit, and I will be reporting this location as far up the Taco Bell chain as I possibly can. I urge you to never eat here. I ordered a sweet tea, crunchy taco with no lettuce, chips and cheese, and a beefy 5 layer burrito with no beans. Despite being one of the only customers in there, service was awful and I was probably waiting on my food for around 15 minutes. When I finally got my food it was awful. I started with the crunchy taco. There was a bit of lettuce on there. I thought to myself that it wasn't a big deal, so I just started pulling the lettuce off. Then, I noticed a random chunk in my taco. I pulled it out to find a piece of chicken?? I slowly realized my entire taco was filled with this chunky-looking chicken so I didn't eat it. The chips and cheese were luckily okay, but my five layer burrito was horrendous. They forgot to take the beans off. It seemed like they'd even added more beans-it was stuffed with them. The tortilla was on the verge of being stale as well. I tried eating it anyways, but I couldn't find any meat in it. Eventually I got to some meat and it wasn't even ground beef. It was steak. This is such an awful way of telling a customer that you are out of ground beef. You give them mystery meat instead of what they asked for. My sweet tea was also a disgrace to southern culture. It was hardly sweetend at all. This is the second time this Taco Bell has got my order wrong out of the two times I've went here. If you have issues with allergies and need to avoid certain ingredients, do not go to this Taco Bell KFC because they will not listen to you. Please spend your money somewhere else.

Absolutely awful I ordered food at 7:30pm two and a half hours before they closed I waited till 9:30 before they just canceled my order no explanation tryed to talk to them but what do you know not a soul in sight this business needs to really take a step back and get its priorities straight or shut down and find a new town to disappoint.never ever have I been so disappointed tacobell/kfc do better. Ordered a chicken sandwich and got home.... who in the world puts bone in chicken in a sandwich?? Taco Bell of boiling springs...thankfully we cut the sandwich before biting down or this could have been bad!

Food was abysmal after coming through the drive thru, nacho fries were completely unseasoned and only half the box was full. Chalupa looked like a soggy mess that hadn’t been fried whatsoever. My soft cantina chicken taco was made completely wrong, and they gave my girlfriend a normal hard taco instead of a crispy cantina taco. I’m 19 bro not even some karen but it was just terrible. Only saving grace was the nice lady at the front who helped us get our remakes and was very friendly. Gardener Webb students who only have this for taco bell you have my sympathies.

The absolute worst place to get food in boiling springs by far! The people working literally treat customers like idiots even though they are the ones who obviously can’t even put a taco ? together without messing up. Taco Bell kfc in boiling springs manager must just hire family and friends because the ability to make a burrito/taco just can’t be comprehended at any level of pay. We ordered 3 different drinks and all got dirty cups full of watered down baja blast. Maybe the speak and spell was broke that day. At least they will get a participation trophy for showing up.

Ordered a cheese quesadia got chicken also a steak one both were burnt. Also Ordered chips and cheese didn't receive the cheese, order 12 Cinnabons they were burnt so there was no icing in the middle and no cinnamon on the outside. Been trying to call since I hot home and phone is busy. I will never go back to this place. Such a disappointment!

I'm going to pile on with my own 1-star review. Visited on a Tuesday at 5:30pm and they were out of the following; 1. French fries 2. Cole slaw 3. Korean bbq nuggets (new item being heavily promoted) 4. Sticky Chicky nuggets (another new item) 5. Locos taco shells. I'm certain there were more but these are just the items I tried to order. Cashier said the reason they were out of so many items was that 'they were getting a truck tomorrow'. I guess customers should just lower their expectations if it's the day before a truck? l'd like to report that this was a one-off but it appears to be the norm. On a previous visit a few months ago, they were out of all taco shells, lettuce and tomatoes. How does this happen? This has long been the most poorly operated restaurant in Boiling Springs. Food quality (when they actually have the item in stock) is inconsistent at best. Management is apathetic and lacks business acumen. Staff lacks training, motivation, direction or any semblance of pride. Prices keep rising and quality keeps sinking. Ultimately I have to bear some of the responsibility for my disappointment. Even though my visits have become increasingly rare due to these ongoing issues, I continue to give them another chance only to be let down once again. My hope is the franchisee of this location sells (soon) to a more hand-on, engaged owner who actually cares about their customers. The current owner seems to be oblivious to the feedback in these reviews.
