Why am I not surprised? Wait times for a nearly empty drive through were insane, 20 minutes or more for food that was in no way a special order. Order was also incorrect. To be fair, the drive through employee caught the error and corrected it. Someone else inside told them no to correct it, they don't do order modifications at the window (which she did anyway, thankfully).Location is notorious for not being very good, was hoping it would be better now, guess I was wrong.

I’ve been waiting 10 minutes inside for my one burrito, and literally saw the employees taking videos in the back instead of helping me or the people that have a walked in and are waiting to order

After we ordered it took 30 minutes before we got HALF of our order. 2 employees were cleaning up the food prep area while 1 was cooking.Of course, the first half of the order was barely warm while we waited on the kfc side of the order.Just got the 2nd half. A total of 40 minutes

There's a reason why there isn't a single soul in this location at noon on a Saturday, the service is insanely slow. Veryfriendly but ohhhh man are they slow.
They never have frapes or ice cream the accuracy of my order was right but thats all I can say about this place. I feel like the team at McDonald's isn't being led or set up to succeed it has potential. food is hot but they need to quit advertising things if they can't serve them.

I wouldn’t waste my time or money here, the employees are careless and take no pride in making food. Orders are mostly wrong, you can tell it’s lazy people making the food. I’ve ordered 2 chicken quesadillas one had no chicken the other had only 2 small pieces of chicken in one piece. If I was the owner I’d do all new employees, which it’s not news this location has been like this for years, and in a top notch upper income families and a college town. Go afew more miles to gaffney there food is always hot and on point.

This location used to be great, but now it honestly just sucks. I'd rather drive 30 minutes to forest city instead of 6 minutes down the road to this one. My orders are constantly wrong, the quality of both staff and food have consistently been poor. There's been multiple times I've gone between 7-8 and they're closed. Disappointing.

Went to the Boiling Springs KFC and Taco Bell Saturday evening at dinner time. The lobby was locked and you could only utilize the drive thru. If this place is theying to save money...just close it down. Wendy's would be a good replacement and the lobby is open every morning noon and evening.The food was good. The lady at the drive thru was very friendly also.
