The service is very bad I have only ever given 1 bad review in my life this is number 2 I have never had such disrespectful service in my life and for what trash food.
Horrible management, do not care about their customers. Called to ask for a manager and was met with “they’re not here” and hung up on twice.

This was the worst Chinese food I’ve ever had. We ordered Mongolian Beef and Chicken Fried Rice. Mongolian Beef had almost no beef in it…was onions. The Chicken Fried Rice was awful. Was not edible. I don’t know what it was but it wasn’t fired rice. If you are going to order from Wok and Roll go to the Leland location…much better.

I disagree with many about rude service/ ownership. I have found the service to be adequate. Sure, the lady isn't talking your ear off and smiling ear-to-ear while taking your order, but I think that is largely a cultural difference and doesn't bother me in the slightest. The prices are great. They are open on Monday which, for some reason unbeknownst to me, seems to be strangely uncommon for restaurants in this area. The food, however, is very upredictable. One day I'm eating some of the best spare ribs I've ever had and another day I'm left feebly trying to distinguish what exactly is this odd ambiguous mush in my takeout container. Unfortunately it's one of the very few local Asian dining options and for that reason I will continue to roll the dice.
