just recently moved to the area, was excited to try after being suggested this place. the lady working was very sweet and helpful. However, my sesame chicken was very dry and the sauce, though being VERY flavorful and delicious is very dry and goopy. and the white rice tastes like it hadn’t been cleaned prior or cooked long enough.I will probably give this place another chance! because a lot of the images i’ve seen look very different to the food i received today.

Not a place to eat in, no napkins. My husband order beef and Broccoli but was given broccoli and rice only. Lady was super RUDE and Argumentative!!! We paid 35.00 for three combos. This restaurant has zero atmosphere! Save ur money and buy a frozen dinner from Lowe's foods

I love The Wok. Convenient, hot well made food.Yes, the dining room is still closed, but go get take out, it is a good meal. General Tso is great! The lady working there, is there sun up to sun down almost every single day. I am sure she has good and bad days, we all do. She and her family are just trying to make a living during a very difficult time. I like their food, my daughter asks for it pretty often and she is picky so if she is happy, I am happy. Yes, during the throws of COVID, times were hard, especially for people of their nationality working in the South. Let's face it, I am sure the lady behind the counter has seen 'some' at their very worst. Think about it, Really!Also,Prices are going up everywhere, products are hard to get, and if you ask for 'extra' or change the order, you will be paying for it!Have patience, have compassion. And if we are nice, I promise, it is reciprocated. Ask her how her day has been, say thank you. Your conscience is clear.I have worked food service before, people treat waitstaff like lower life forms. Not all do, but some. Just please, be nice.Enjoy your meal and if it isn't what you expected, that is okay, don't go back.

I had a deeply disappointing experience with Wok and Roll.I placed an online order and took the time to provide specific instructions due to dietary restrictions and preferences for my wife.Unfortunately, it seems those instructions were completely ignored. It's incredibly frustrating when a restaurant fails to pay attention to customer requests, especially when they are clearly outlined during the ordering process.Furthermore, when I spoke with the women behind the counter to address the issue, the response was dismissive and lacked any attempt to rectify the situation. This lack of accountability only further exacerbated the disappointment.In the future, I hope Wok and Roll takes customer requests more seriously and strives to improve their customer service. Until then, I cannot recommend this establishment to others. Plan to go to Asian Taste going forward.

Walked in the restaurant not even 20 min ago and the older Asian lady with the shot hair approached me at the counter and said “Yeah?”, RB Face, no expression at all. I asked her about a certain dish I had never had before and she acted as if it absolutely killed her to try and explain this dish to me. We meant to say, I interrupted her in the middle of it, and told her I would take my business elsewhere. Mind you they lost out on a big order for 5 people. Never again. Some people don’t need to work for the public, and she would be one of them.

This was my first time here. I ordered garlic broccoli and shrimp fried rice. The food was great. It was prepared in 5-10 minutes. Hot & delicious...However, the cashier (female) was NOT personable at ALL. NO personality, not nice & definitely SHOULD NOT be working with the public. She acted like she did not want to be there. I get it. It's cold out & you're at work, but there is a way to deal with the public regardless of how you feel. Her attitude killed the whole vibe for me (which was pretty happy when I went inside). Hopefully whatever was wrong with her gets better soon.I would suggest ordering pick up.Vegetarian options: There are several vegetable items on the menu.Parking: There was only one non-handicap spot directly in front of the restaurant, but there is a nice sized parking lot very close. Lots of parking close.
If you are desperate for Chinese food then this is your place. The crab ragoon was ok. The orange chicken was way overcooked and the fried rice was dry.

Actually surprised how the food was here. Was prepared quick and hot and waiting when we showed up. Recommend the chick w garlic beef & mushrooms. Hot and sour soup was delish. I had to take a star due to the plain low mein was very dry and 0 flavor. The rest was outstanding.
