Food all tastes like it was shipped in frozen (which it probably was) and everything tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. Food was cold, drinks were way too sweet, table was dirty. Avoid at all costs.

It was 30 degrees outside and they had the air conditioning on. It was absolutely freezing, to the point the warm beer cheese was cold before 2 of the pretzels were finished. When we left it was warmer outside. We spoke to a couple people working and they stated the manager would not adjust the temperature even though they had several complaints. Just avoid going unless you are interested in freezing!

We Ordered queso and chips for appetizer and it came out cold,everytime we have been here at the boone location the food is always awful. Servers don't care they give terrible service. The waitress's are very rude to their customers including managers. Also telling people that there is a 30+ minute wait, (keep in mind there are 25+ tables open and ready for use) and the hostess using the excuse that "to many people called out", granted yes I have worked in a restaurant before and yes it's not always easy and it can be stressful to try to accommodate everybody at once but you could at least eat people at a table and bring them a drink. Managers and employees standing around on their phones, sitting around a table talking amongst theirselves with people walking in the door and they just look at them. Not to mention the hostess didn't even give us silverware or napkins as she should have. Our waiter Sam specifically was amazing with us, picking up the slack of the other people running his butt off trying to accommodate everyone and checking in on us frequently. This place is terrible and has gone down hill tremendously. I will not be returning to the Boone location.

We have eaten here a few times. Food is hit and miss. This visit the food tasted old and dried out. We had riblets, chicken tenders, and a burger. The kids meal offers yogurt and strawberries, but they have been out of strawberries every time we've been there.

I'm pleasantly surprised! The last time I visited, pre-covid, I did not enjoy the food, nor did the quality look good. Today (2023) was totally different. We each had a side Caesar salad that was very fresh and just the right amount of dressing. We ordered the new holiday entrees, the combo of steak, and double crunch fried shrimp. It came with garlic mashed potatoes and broccoli. Delicious! Could have been hotter, but all in all, we'll be back. Our server, Samuel, did a great job and was attentive to the needs of all his tables.
Only problem was no baked potatoes..... :-(
