Horrible service! Or should I say no service!! If I could leave no stars I would! This location is not supposed to close until 10:00pm. So please tell me why at 9:25 I’m the only car in the drive thru with all the lights on and they refuse to answer the speaker?? I sat there for about 20 mins just to see if they would come to the speaker. Nope. I drove around to the window and the employee was sitting in the lobby talking and laughing with the headset on so I know he heard me at the speaker! Get it together Arby’s!

it’s always dirty, somehow, and the food i got today was atrocious. half of my bun was stale, my fries were both undercooked cold AND super oily, and i was missing both sauces and a large drink i paid $3 for. i was already home when i noticed, but this was a huge let down. i also found a piece of plastic in my mozzarella sticks. when i called to ask about coming back for a refund or replacement, nobody answered. way to go

Delicious gyros for a great deal for a touristy town like Boone.It is clear their values are firm on kindness and goodness as soon as I noticed the 10C plaque on the wall. I wish all locations followed suit. bravo Arby's, blessings

Ordered 3 Gyros, got 2, 1 roast beef sandwich and crinkle fries. Roast beef was good along with the gyros. Fries were cold and oily. Wasn’t busy so I not sure how they shorted me a gyro. Also no condiments or napkins with the order. Been there before and it was pretty good.

Arby’s of boone is possibly the worst Arby’s I ever have experiences with, and why I ever talk myself into going back is beyond me but rest assured I won’t be back. Everytime you go they short you on your food and when you order a second order of fries and they charge you for it and don’t put it in the bag? It’s one thing if this is the first time however it’s not and happens time from time again at this location. Do not recommend!!
