In town recovering from surgery and all I want is Arby’s. The staff is insanely kind and go out of their way for you. To the homie with all tattoos, you are the man! Thanks for recommending the Orange Cream Shake( I am addicted) and thanks for being so kind to my nosy dog!! This place absolutely is how you run a fast food establishment. It is clean, the food rules and the staff just rock

The lady taking the order was as cold and rude as you'd expect from fast food, huffing and puffing under her breath about having to make adjustments to the order.
And while that's the experience you'd expect from this Arby's, the next interaction was not.

I used to come here all the time then sometjing happened and all the staff got fired or quit one.
Food's too expensive to just forget half the order and of course I'm home before I realize it. Girl bagging stuff also dropped things on the floor and just tossed them back in the bag. Im too tired to make a scene there.
Save the time and momey and make your own cold arbys food in the microwave at home

I came through the drive thru today… ordered double roast beef sandwiches, fries and drink… $22.00. The sandwiches were cold, probably made an hour before being sold. No straws, no ketchup that I ask for.
Horrible service! Or should I say no service!! If I could leave no stars I would! This location is not supposed to close until 10:00pm. So please tell me why at 9:25 I’m the only car in the drive thru with all the lights on and they refuse to answer the speaker?? I sat there for about 20 mins just to see if they would come to the speaker. Nope. I drove around to the window and the employee was sitting in the lobby talking and laughing with the headset on so I know he heard me at the speaker! Get it together Arby’s!
