Went in on 11/2 to get pretzels and blue raspberry lemonade only to wait 30 minutes without service. Our order was taken then we watched as people behind us got their food and drinks. The people in front of us also waited over half an hour. Only after both of us called over an associate did they start on our order. Half the cinnamon sugar pretzels didn’t have the coating or were salty and the drink was half foam. Would not stop by again.

The food was great and the manager made my daughter just a banana smoothie, which she hasn’t found any other company to do that for her! She absolutely loves this place now.
They stop baking after 8pm. Which I understand and is fine because pretzels are half off after 8pm! I was pleased to hear. However it was a little stale, glad I didn’t end up paying full price for it. I also got a smoothie. I had the PB banana protein. It just wasn’t very tasty. Maybe other smoothies on the menu are much better. Idk, it was my first time trying anything here.
