Food isnt bad but their website is awful does not tell you if they are open or closed so it'll take your money when you place an order and they are closed can't trust their ordering system now

This place was awful. Can't even call it food. So overpriced and the establishment is trashed!! Trash all over the ground and spilled food everywhere. Never, EVER go here. The salsa on the ground was definitely the icing on the cake. The workers are friendly but clearly clueless.

I used to love coming here on my lunch breaks but now I think I’m done, the quality the last few months has seemed to be going down and tonight did it in I saw a young employee take cash from a customer paying for his food and then proceed to make my burrito with the same gloves he took the other customers payment with. Did not change gloves or anything.

I usually love Barberitos and try to come every time I’m in Boone. The last 4 times I have come to eat, it has been at lunch time over the weekend. And each of the 4 times I’ve been, they’ve been closed when their hours say otherwise. I haven’t been going on holidays or during inclement weather, either. I am incredibly frustrated that they are always closed when I come during business hours.

Delicious Tex-Mex foods. I usually don't reference other restaurants, but this is Very Similar to Chipotle - but way better. More food for a similar price. Similar menu options, similar soda and flavored teas options for during choices.Barberitos gives you corn chips included in your meal, the other restaurant does not.Their Queso cheese dip is wonderful!The staff is trained well with smiling faces and superior customer service.Parking: In a shopping plaza, there is plenty of parking.

Place has gone downhill for some time now. Compared to other barberitos I've gone too. The salsas are never mixed right, missing flavor. Last time the cheese dip was burnt and gross and the cashier told us they have to serve it before the new good batch. They never want to give you the extra chips that come with ordering extra sauces, they act like the chips are scarce or something. In general things don't get stocked up well, asking for stuff just gets you a shoulder shrug. My brother had funny smellin meat once and the guy behind the counter said "yeh it smelled funny before".....as in before he served it to people? If you've had a bad experience here try any barbs in Asheville they are always good.

They are very accommodating of discriminate tastes.Wheelchair accessibility: On the bottom floor with a wheelchair accessible ramp. There are single use restrooms with plenty of room in them. Sinks in the restrooms are high though.
I love the family atmosphere and entertainment at Barberitos in Boone the people there are amazing the one guy Jody gave us the best service ever he is quite a performer for barbarito, you guys need to give him his own store for to just saying we will definitely be back many times over because of the environment the family and again because of j o d i e and his leadership and people funny guy but serious about Barberitos business and giving burrito love thanks guys good job peace love and BarberitosVegetarian options: Well everything is farm fresh I could definitely continually feed it to my family there are so many fresh healthy options you could really do it every day and have something different even without hprotein, great job guys
