Went third drive-thru biscuit was hard ask for chicken to be dropped. Fresh said it was. It wasn't. They're leaving the biscuits sitting too long and they're pre-making them. They suck. Wouldn't advise anyone to get breakfast from there. Went back grow at the window was really rude corporate really needs to do something about this. Bojangles ?

Terrible customer service my wife and i came in to order lunch there was one person in drive threw and no one inside my wife and i decided to go in upon entry we were not greeted the lobby was nasty and we waited about 5 minutes without anyone acknowledging us like were no body so we left i called to speak w a manager he never even offered to have us come back in and order or anything said im sorry were hectic in here how when they only had one person in drive threw could they be that hectic to not have time to say ill get w you in a minute made me feel lousy like my money is no good thanks bojangles for not caring about ur customers who generally eat lunch there multiple times a week
A few of ordered this morning 8/13 and had delivered by door dash to our work sight. . We were not pleased order was incorrect. No drinks fries just biscuits.

Stood at order counter for five minutes and order was never taken. Several employees in the back saw us but never acknowledged we were there. Do not recommend this restaurant.

We ordered 2 bo's BLT sandwiches that are supposed to come out as a fried filet, well we paid $20 for grilled chicken that we didn't even ask for. The guys in the back kept asking everyone what their order was which was confusing since they asked us 2 times, not sure if they received a ticket but still who does that?.. We're on lunch break and have a small window of time as it is so we decided not to say anything. The chicken was so dry the toppings couldn't save it. The sweet tea wasn't even that sweet. We asked for a small box to put 1 sandwich in to take home and they gave us the biggest bag they could find!!! Worst Bojangle's I have ever had.

06/22/24 . Held up in line for 15-20 minutes just to make an order and I was already at the speaker lol. Don't come to this location unless you want to spend 30 minutes to get food AT A DRIVE THRU. You can probably eat out out at a restaurant and be home before grabbing your order from this place..
Worst food and service at this Bojangles location. Go to the other one.

I go to a lot of Bojangles across NC and I hate going to this one they always have something going on. Usually don’t serve supremes until after 10 at least but every other Bojangles in NC I go to does. Also just tried to give them one chance to get it right and I got bo berry biscuits with no Bo berry sauce. Come on guys get it together. Not busy at all when I went either
No one will help you if you go inside. Everyone inside had to go get in there vehicles and go through the drive thru just to get service

The dining room was closed so we weren't able to go in like we planned but the drive thru line moved pretty quickly and the people running the drive thru were nice. The food was hot and delicious and our order was correct.

my friends love bojangles, so we decided to stop on our way down the mountain. one of our friends got really carsick when we got there, and one of the employees was super nice, and she gave us a bunch of plastic bags to continue our travels. i hope she has a wonderful day, and there was excellent customer service overall <3

If you close the lobby you should at a minimum put up a sign stating that, and inform the customers waiting in line that they will not be served. ideally you would serve those already in line. Not only did they just ghost the lobby leaving around 10 people waiting with no explanation, they quit serving I'm the middle of my party's order. the only reason I knew they stopped was I heard the manager tell the cashier not to take any more lobby orders.
