"Fast" -- nothing fast about this fast food restaurant. Ice machine broken. Cold fries. Front line not even set up and was covered with exess invetory. Not busy at time I was there, but still had to wait for order to be taken. Good luck 8f you visit.

Well, we were on our way to Charlotte for a Doctors appt and stopped at Bojangles in Boone first. We ordered 3 #10’s- chicken sandwich with fries and large pepsi. Drove away and found out we were missing one Sammy and two fries. Had to go back and fix it. Drove away and handed a Sammy to my grandson and he tells me it’s a BISCUIT!! Bacon, egg and chz biscuit! Then we look and there is one large and two Small fries! With 3 bacon egg and cheese biscuits! My hubby is inside now getting it cleared up but it’s taking a while. First and LAST time we will be stopping there!! He just came out with the food after speaking with the manager- a female who was exceptionally nice and fixed the problem right away. I don’t know HOW our order could have gotten so messed up but it’s fixed now so we will probably eat there again. Fries are over salted.

Don't bother going during peak hours. Doesn't matter if its drive through, walk in, or online, you will be waiting a long time with a high chance that they won't have the food you ordered. I've had great experiences going at like 3pm though.

This team is consistently doing a great job. They excel at great customer service with a smile and speed. I usually go in the morning around 6am, they have smiling faces that early in the morning, I need to carry that same attitude.

Well I've eat here a few times. Food is fine. I drive a van for work. I can't fit it through the drive thru. During the week. They close the interior of the restaurant down. Now I'm forced to go somewhere else. I'm done this location. They close the interior down more frequently then Ilits open. It's right in the middle of college town. I can't imagine they can't find employees. If they can't, they have an internal problem.

If you’re going to keep your doors closed you could at least accommodate for trucks taller than 8’ to go through your drive through.
They never have no Fried Chicken how do you never have chicken when it's a chicken joint

The guy taking the order was absolutely rude. Then he had to write our order down on the to go bag when we paid with cash. Food was not cooked all the way and still raw. Pintos looked like the had been sitting in the warmer all day. All the tables in the dining room were nasty. Our 10piece of wings we ordered magically got lost. Do not eat at the this nasty place.

This location is horrible....I have been eating at Bojangles since the inception in Charlotte. This one during my college years in the late 80's any many others. This one is absolutely the worst of them all. Over the last few years I have had many issues with them, short on food, inaccurate orders, cold, you name it. Last 2 occasions I've tried to order (drive thru only because the doors are never open) I was told they didn’t have chicken. What? This is your business. To be clear once at 1130am (no white meat) Today's occurance 600pm (no dark meat). This is an OWNERSHIP and/or MANAGEMENT problem. Both times, I simply went down the street to KFC. Guess what, THEY HAVE CHICKEN.
