My soda of choice each time i come here is Starry. The last 3 times ive gotten food here, what I’ve gotten is NOT starry. I don’t know if it’s a problem with the machine or something not being done right by employees or what, but i would say 60% of the time when I get a starry from this Bojangles, it is not mixed right at all. Instead of a starry, what i end up drinking is basically a club soda, fizzy water, carbonated water, whatever you want to call it. No lime, no lemon, just carbonated water. This has been going on for months now and im honestly fed up. Fix your soda machines

Has to be one of the worst bojangles in the company. They are always out of food, lobby is never clean and trash is always full, once you get your food theres a 90% chance they forgot to put in sauces, silverware, napkin, or just whole items. Its fast food its not rocket science 16 year olds do this stuff better smh

Me and my roomate decided to go here for breakfast Saturday morning after a long night of dancing. Let’s just say nothing could have hit the spot better. First off the cashier was so kind and patient with us. Second the food was hot and delicious. I even shed a tear. We’ll 100% be back.

Unbelievable how nasty and dirty these places are! This is the second location and the last that I or my family will ever visit! The service at this place was great the food was standard but the sanitary condition of the restaurant seating area and bathrooms were such a disgrace!

They finally did away with the order robot, the lady at the window was extremely nice.

Stopped inside to place a to-go order for 11 people (the bride & bridesmaids) to have breakfast together while getting ready at the wedding venue. I made a comment in passing to the cashier (young looking, blonde hair) what we were doing that day. I am making this review because of him. His customer service skills were excellent and he made sure everything in our bag was right for a relatively big order. Thanks to everyone on staff that morning for preparing the food as well.

They should be ashamed to be apart Bojangles, the Fountain Machine is moldy. They need to clean the restaurant better. I can't imagine what they kitchen looks like. There going to get someone sick. When we first came to this restaurant we was going to get a Family Box but the cashier said they didn't have any bone in chicken. Only good thing I can say about this place is the cashier was friendly but they need to clean better.
The AI drive-thru is horrible. They lock their lobby during day so you can’t walk in to correct an order. They literally have someone working the drive-thru with a headset. Horrible business practice.

Peggy was great and others. Good was good. Corporate needs to make sure the coffee makers are fixed very quickly. Breakfast includes coffee.
