Staff was incredibly rude. I haven't even gotten my order yet. We tried to be very polite but the woman working the window went out of her way to be mean to us, it was right in front of the manager and he did nothing but watch. I will never eat here again, and I think other people should avoid this place as well.

This was the nastiest place I have seen in a long time!! Every table except the high top ones were dirty. Every booth was dirty and under the tables looked like they were feeding the chickens and pigs there. The trash cans were running over to. We over heard the staff talking and wondering if another couple that came in, sat down. We thought all the tables were dirty, they said.Captain D’s in elizabethton isn’t much better. They are rude and wants to clean up and close 1 1/2 hours early. They even said to each other, I told you that we should have locked the door.

If you have nothing to do for the next hour then a great place to go but if you’re in a rush don’t expect to make it anywhere on time. You’re looking at 15-20 minutes just to wait for some mediocre food.

It's 2023 and COVID restrictions are over and yet their dinning room is still closed to customers. Sat in the drive-thru for way too long before leaving. I've eaten at other Bojangles locations and I'm very disappointed in this location. DO BETTER you in a college town. Pay them what they are with and treat them well and you can staff your business.

I will be completely honest, I spent a legitimate hour in line. No joke for 60 minutes. And, I am still in line right now. The only reason I didn’t leave is because I wanted to be a good person, since I already ordered. But if I hadn’t ordered, I would’ve been out of here. I have absolutely no clue why there is a slow, this is stupidity, right here.

Came in the drive thru at 9:30. I was going to order a dinner platter but they said the only menu items available were the surpremes, a Cajun filet biscuit or a chicken sandwich. I ordered a Cajun filet biscuit and asked for dirty rice but they said the only side they had were fries. I paid for my food and the cashier gave me a blank receipt and said if I wanted a printed one I would have to come up front. What is the point of even being open until 10pm when people can’t even order what they want? Also my biscuit was hard as a rock. I typically don’t go out of my way to leave a bad review but clearly these college kids need a proper supervisor at the end of the night because I know that management would not be happy with this. Hopefully these issues are settled soon.
Go to the other Bojangles in Boone. This one is terrible and always has a long drive thru line but then you cant go inside to order...
