Beware of BOONE DELIVERY Sevice trespassing on private property at 9:00 pm that has reflective signs that indicate NO TRESPASSING, DO NOT ENTER and ONE WAY! Their delivery drivers go wherever they please with no respect or consideration of tearing up property! Our very steep and long driveway is NOT A ROAD or SHORT CUT to other locations! We called the Boone Delivery "Manager" who by the way was extremely arrogant only to tell her what had happened and she took up for the driver and said we needed lights on our signs which are already reflective so vehicles can see them. The driver was delivering to an address on a completely different road. If they can't read signs they need a different job that requires no reading and the "Manager" needs more experience on handling issues like this one! Yes, we were upset and we let her know so!!!

Boone Delivery delivers in a timely fashion. Drivers are always friendly and get the order right. Erin goes out of her way to deal with any issues in a most professional and kind way. She's a tremendous asset to the company and customers!

I tried three times to get the website to work to allow me to start an order and could not get the website to respond. Finally on the fourth try it let me order my food. Does not tell you until after you have paid that the estimated delivery time is 1-1.5 HOURS. I ordered at 7:00pm and my food FINALLY arrived at 8:10pm. By that point I could have gone to the restaurant, sat down, had an appetizer dinner and dessert and been home. I will not be ordering through them again for any reason.
I highly recommend using this delivery company. I’ve tried DoorDash one time and all that got me was a rude driver and a couple months later, almost $100 scammed from my account. Never had that happen with these guys!! They’re much more personal and care about their customers. Tonight, I was having a hard time remembering my password and the website was acting up. I called and actually heard a human answer the phone!! The lady was more than happy to help me and took my order over the phone. It’s nice to know not everything is strictly online only these days. Thank Boone Delivery!!!

DO NOT use this company if you care about the quality of your food. No other delivery service leaves your food sitting at the restaurant for an hour before collecting it. I got both cold and hot items from Sabeing, which is a great restaurant that I've been to many times, and when they arrived everything was lukewarm and mushy. Again, doordash, ubereats, etc. have never had this problem. If you're getting anything where it matters that you receive it in a timely fashion you'll be sorely disappointed using Boone Delivery.
