Very nice place, great drinks, very little food.
Very good west coast style IPA, called Booneshine IPA. Good food menu as well. Except French onion soup, don't get it. It comes without cheese on top and the toasted bread on the side has something other than butter on it, nasty tasting.
Easy to find. Beer's were all solid. Food was above average tho nothing blew me away. Service was friendly but slow.
Drove an hour away to try this brewery just to get turned away at 9:15. Customer service isn’t valid and we’re making excuses as to why we couldn’t come inside. I think this place smelled horrendous from the parking lot I can’t imagine the inside.
Terrible customer service. Got turned away at 9:25pm because they had “already done last call” despite not being near empty. Drove 30 minutes here to try a specific beer posted on their website. What a complete waste of time. Why post your hours if you’re not gonna honor them. Wish I would have known how deceitful this place was before I left the comfort of my home.
Was excited to try this brewery on our weekend trip to Boone but unfortunately, the staff came to the parking lot to turn us away when we pulled up at 9:25 saying they’d done last call for alcohol already because they only had two other customers. So we were turned away more than 30 minutes before closing…??
Great beers and awesome service!!! Shout out to Thomas who made sure we were full of beers and great food!!!
Even if you are not a big beer drinker you should come here even if it's just for the food! We had the Hot Honey Chicken Tenders, the Sunburst Salad and Brookshire Fries and everything was delicious!! The chicken tenders were truly tender with a little bit of heat. The salad was fresh and the apricot dressing was amazing. And how can you go wrong with fries with caramelized onions and candied bacon! We would definitely come back here.
Sunshine salad was really good.
Went to Booneshine to celebrate a friend's birthday (dinner time) and this was my first time here! Food's pretty good and I liked the vibe here! (We did have to wait for ~15 minutes for a table, we got there at 6pm)

In town for a soccer tournament and stopped in for a beer and lunch. Like that they have a separate beer garden bar and food truck. Dodd was really good, smoked chicken tacos were tender and tasty and the eggplant fries were super crispy, really good. Best was refreshing.
Only negative was their lack of covered seating on a hot day, could use more umbrellas.
Tip: If the lot is full, park at the park and make the very short walk instead of paying $6 at the business across the street.
Neat place to hang out, eat and drink
My wife and I recently were able to visit Booneshine. After walking around the trails just below it, we thought we should visit. The parking lot was packed (we found out why)! We decided to park back down at the park and walk up. The place was slammed, mostly outside as it was beautiful. We sat at the bar and unfortunately the taps weren't working properly so the beers were pouring slow. Despite this, and the crows, the staff was amazing! Attentive, friendly, helpful, just all around wonderful. The beers are phenomenal and the staff is even better. Cannot recommend this place enough.
Friendly staff even when it was super busy! They were very attentive and knowledgeable. We ordered apps, but they were very good. All the beer is excellent as well!
Very nice set up. Plenty of outside seating and dog friendly.
