One of our favorite Boone restaurants, the food is always delicious. Service is always friendly and efficient. Omar our most recent visit, we were disappointed that our main dishes came out at different times, with the last not arriving until 5-10 minutes after the other three plates. Would still return, the cabin-like atmosphere is nice and relaxing!

Our meal at Casa Rustica was absolutely amazing. From the atmosphere to the food, to the service. Everything was perfect. Our server Brooke was highly attentive and very pleasant. The food was incredible! Everything was fresh and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate our anniversary. Highly recommended! (I had the make your own Carbonara and we had the cheesecake for dessert. So good!)

Waited a 1/2 hour for our cocktails and bread basket! Another 45 minutes for our dinners. Caesar salads were limp and French onion soup was too creamy with butter possibly. Chicken saltimbocca was flavorless and dry. The only redemption was the manager gave us a nice discount and gift certificate to come back in the future.

We had a lovely evening celebrating my wife’s birthday along with a close friend. Our server Madelyn was excellent, she was attentive without making you feel she was hovering over you. The mushroom soup was very good and the pasta dishes were delicious. The canoli was one of the best we’ve ever had. This was our second time eating here and we will definitely be back in the future.
Vegetarian options: They offer many pasta dishes in addition to eggplant Parmesan and salads.
