Service was very slow food was poor and my meal after waiting 2 hours for was still not correct and had to send back. Left restaurant with no meal only bread and butter for 2 hours. Probably will not be going back

The food was good but not as good as I remember from many years ago. Our server was excellent and offered great service. It was also not the romantic and quiet dining experience I remembered from many years ago either. The noise level was a little higher than an intimate dining experience would provide. We were celebrating my birthday, and sadly, we probably won't be back.

Res made 1 day in advance. They ignored my request for a 1st floor table so my 89-yr-old mom had to struggle climbing (and descending) the stairs. I had to park in store lot next door, understandable for Sat. eve. But being so busy led to one requested entrée being unavailable (at 6 pm?) and one appetizer sent to wrong table. Waiter was doing best she could and was super pleasant. Food was very good but not extraordinarily. A little heavy on garlic (which I like in moderation). Not saying I wouldn't return but I feel nearby Bocca Bistro could be a slightly better value.

May have been an off night, 5 of us dined there and the entrees of three of the diners were subpar. My saltimbocca tasted to sharp with wine. Just nasty. I thought of sending it back but we were celebrating and I didn't want to damper the evening with one bad meal. It wasn't until the next day that I found out two other diners in our party had the same experience

Basic Italian food offerings. Good food - nothing so special that I would go out of my way to go there again. Our table was near the hostess stand. Very dark (had to use the flashlight on my phone to read the menu) and quite noisy. And I had a reservation; felt like we got stuck there.

After a few visits, the last visit was disappointing. Booth we were seated in back of the main dining room for 4 was narrow and tight-uncomfortable. Services was very slow and we noticed some guests seated after us getting served ahead of our orders. It came out piece meal and after several inquires and repeated requests-like can we have bread? Can we have our salads? Can we have a straw, etc. The food was also disappointing, ex. the veal piccata. The veal was over breaded and tough, too much thick tasteless sauce-overall bland and not enjoyable. Service and food was better on other visits. This was definitely an "off night" to be kind.

Casa Rustica is a true gem serving always delicious food in a charming atmosphere for a terrific value! Everything good there including their wonderful tiramisu to die for desert! Great live music on Thursday nights too!

Somewhat disappointing dinner. The included house salad would have been better with romaine. The spring greens they used were not good. The shrimp and scallops in vodka sauce was drowning in sauce but the seafood itself was tasty. Someone's angel hair side was like mush and the piccata was too salty. Can't really recommend it based on what we ordered.

I have been to Casa Rustica numerous times and every time the food is delish! Authentic dishes and dishes are well prepared. This visit we had the chicken masala, eggplant Parmesan and the filet. All were great. The one thing during this visit was the table we were set in the loft and the table was vibrating the entire time. This table was at the top of stairs all the way to the right. May want to see what that is about. We got through roe but I was odd. The other ask is to update the flooring in the loft , the carpet is very tired and worn. Will still come back because the food and service is great.
