Our dinner experience was superb! The garlic bread is amazing and their pasta dishes are to die for. Our server topped the night off with a special birthday cannoli. Best Italian restaurant in Boone!

We met another couple for dinner on Saturday evening. We were seated on time for our 5:30 reservation. The service was prompt and attentive. Each of us ordered a different entree, and everyone seemed to enjoy their meals. Casa Rustica is my personal favorite local restaurant for Chicken Piccata😋

sat at the little table in the bar area. ordered the linguini and clams. food was great, server was nice and attentive, however the front desk lady reeked of peppermint alcohol and i heard the kitchen manager (some guy who came out to sit at the bar later?? wearing a bandana around his forehead and striped/checkered pants) scream very aggressively to the server…server came back to the table looking very distressed and upset. great food and historic establishment but unfortunate treatment of staff :( i’ve worked in the food industry and i feel for these college students. won’t be going back, can’t support a place who doesn’t support their servers

We recently celebrated our daughter's college graduation at this incredible restaurant, and it was flawless from start to finish—even on a very busy night. Despite the crowd, we were seated earlier than expected and experienced no delays in food or service, which was impressive given how packed the place was. We kicked things off with well-crafted cocktails and a great wine selection. The appetizers—crispy calamari, perfectly cooked arancini, and warm, fresh bread—were absolutely delicious and set the stage for a fantastic meal. Our entrees featured a variety of seafood and chicken pasta dishes, each one beautifully prepared, flavorful, and satisfying. The quality and consistency across the board really stood out. A highlight of the evening came when our oldest daughter, who was attending her own law school graduation in another city, called in to surprise her sister. She had arranged for the restaurant to deliver a glass of champagne to the graduate—a sweet moment made even better by the staff's enthusiastic and seamless participation. The food, the service, the atmosphere—it all made for a truly memorable celebration. We highly recommend this restaurant for any special occasion.

Visited on a busy night with no reservations, so we were seated in the bar. TV and noisy, but was grateful to get a table. Hostess and server were excellent. Food was well prepared and came out promptly. Only quibble was the pasta served with eggplant parm was totally plain; some sort of seasoning or sauce would have been nice. All in all a pleasant experience - would visit again when in town.
