I usually enjoy Chick-fil-A because of their focus on quick and friendly service, but this location doesn’t quite meet that standard. The food tastes the same as other Chick-fil-A restaurants, but the wait times here are surprisingly long, especially considering that fast service is supposed to be one of their main priorities. Staff are polite, but the pace makes the experience less convenient than expected

I’m not sure if chick fil a has gotten skimp on their sandwiches or if they are putting the breakfast portion on the full sandwich but the size of the chicken is significantly smaller than other chick fil a’s I go to on a regular basis in Raleigh. Hope this isn’t the new norm but will definitely make me rethink spending $7 on a sandwich with a tiny piece of chicken. Also the buns are ALWAYS stale at the location. Something needs to change

If you are trying to avoid food-borne illness, DON’T EAT HERE!! I’ve never been so sick in my entire life! I ordered a cool chicken wrap with fries and a lemonade. I couldn’t even eat the entire wrap because something about it felt off. 5 hours later Im feeling super nauseous and start vomiting up chicken and lettuce, could have been E.coli from the lettuce or salmonella from the chicken, either way the chicken wrap was the culprit since it was the only thing I had to eat that day. Then I started to have the worst diarrhea (and vomiting at the same time) with stomach cramps, full body aches, high fever (101 degrees). It’s two days later and I’m still not fully recovered. Out of curiosity, I contacted my friend who also got a chicken sandwich the same time as me and they also got sick and was vomiting. I then called the store and the kitchen manager at the time (I wish I could remember his name) who was simply no help at all. He told me that it was not them who got me sick and that sickness has been going around and that they are “110% on top of the kitchen cleanliness” which was obviously NOT TRUE. Worst experience ever. If your considering getting food here. DONT! Never will I ever support any Chick-fil-A again.

Prices for food are too high for what you get. Simple order for 2 was almost 20.00. 1 order of 4pc. Chicken strip meal too high for size of each piece. Larger amounts please to help consumers. 🙏
