So far so good after the renovations but the fruit cup that I got this time had spoiled apples. Besides that it's pretty great and I've had no other issues with my food. Line gets long during the lunch rush but the workers are great at what they do and get orders out very fast, so it's not a terribly long wait. If you're ok with not using your Appcard then I suggest getting the mobile app and placing your order through there to skip the ordering line.

I love CFA, but this has to be the most pathetic location I’ve ever seen. The floors were slippery and greasy I almost slipped... the staff was very rude and it’s busy and wrapped around the building and have people standing around looking at you.. I worked for CFA, and I know the standards but old manager guy was too worried about everything else and flirting with staff. My fries were cold and EXTREMELY salty after waiting 15 minutes on a sandwich and fries.. the lettuce was so soggy. I literally pulled it right out the bag like that. I’m so disappointed. ☹️

Ordered an Arnold Palmer and just got unsweetened tea, also ordered a spicy chicken with pickles and pepper Jack cheese and got Colby Jack instead and the smallest single pickle… Disappointed right now
