Stopped by on a Sunday for a late lunch and waited 15 minutes without anyone coming to take a drink order. Multiple servers walking around but no one acknowledged us. We left and went to Applebee's down the road, received great customer service. If you want got service, I wouldn't suggest Chili's in Boone, NC.

Our food came out after waiting for 30 minutes and it wasn’t busy… and then it was cold. We had three plates of food and all were cold. We told our server and she fixed it and gave us a discount but it was still 40 dollars for our 3 plates. Our service was okay just super slow, I think our server was way overloaded on tables she didn’t come check on us but once. The people sitting behind us had a hair in their food. This place is just a wreck, I wouldn’t recommend eating here at all

Sadly, the food was not that good. Burger raw, steaks were not cooked properly, chicken tenders were mixed, some good and some shoe leather. Fries and sides were good.
