Today I was given the smallest portion size I have ever received at chipotle. Maybe even any build your own restaurant!? The employee was not adding anywhere near the normal portion, even when I politely asked for extra beans he gave me a half a scoop total. The amount of rice was less than the whole bottom of the bowl, just nothing honestly. I was so flustered that he was so rude and ignoring me. I’m not one to cause a fuss but I tried to speak to the cashier and he was talking to a door dasher. So I paid 10 dollars for what you see below. Not eaten, just mixed up. Ridiculous. Train your employees better!

So, normally when I deal with these guys they’re really cool. There’s one guy that’s long haired, and there’s another taller guy. The taller guy was very rude, and hateful. The shorter long haired guy whose name was Chris I believe was really cool. I personally witnessed the taller guy “(Who looked like he might be under the influence) throw some bags at the gentleman running the cash register. He was really cool and didn’t deserve that. This was around 9:25 when I came in. Let’s start by how the conversation originally went. I walked in, and the guy was visibly and clearly upset. This gentleman started shaking his head, and rolling his eyes. I said “hey man, how are you?” And his reaction was mumbled with a “yeah.” That’s not very business friendly. I asked for chicken, and he gave me maybe about 3 pieces of chicken trying to be a smart aleck. I had to ask the guy running cash register for more meat. I’m not really sure why or how this guy got hired because he was a very hateful, rude employee with an attitude. I’d say fire the guy and replace him with someone who actually wants to work!!!! What a shame, and a poor look for such a high integrated business. As a long time customer this guy definitely ruined my experience. Until they get rid of him I won’t be back!!! Good job on the cash register to the guy who was working it. You are such a hard worker, but your other coworker needs to learn a few manners and maybe have a job that keeps him away for people. It was clear to me that he was just there for a paycheck because he HAD to be.

Probably one of the worst chipotle locations I've ever visited. I try to not leave bad reviews unless the location is consistently bad. Burritos are consistently smaller than my hand and in the shape of a square. Burritos are commonly COLD like the ingredients just came out of the refridgerator and were halfway wrapped in a torilla. Who doesn't love biting into a palm sized "burrito" that's ice cold on the inside? Staff are also not friendly whatsoever and don't seem to care in the slightest.I love Chipotles food, but this location isn't it, and staff needs to do better.

Workers are extremely rude almost every time I go, I asked for a little bit more guac since the worker gave me the smallest amount and he rolled his eyes and mumbled oh my god at me. Place is always extremely slow and dirty.

It’s like the workers get paid to not say a word and not pay attention to what you’re saying. I look up to ask for steak and dude is already putting chicken on my bowl, I ask for corn salsa and they put on hot salsa, and if you ask for lettuce they’ll put it on there like anymore than a pinch is coming out of their paycheck. Asked for a small drink and this girl just walks away from the register and doesn’t come back. It felt like I trying to get a bowl in a fever dream, all the staff gave me uncanny valley

Just had the worst service at this location. The blonde girl making my food could not bothered to actually give customer service and would turn over her shoulder to bark orders at other employees constantly. The bowl I received is way lighter that I have ever been served. Been on the fence with Boone Chipotle for a long time, will not be back.

It's fast and convenient. I ordered a burrito bowl -vegetarian and a kid meal for my kid. It was good. There were not many choices. They forgot to make the kids' meal and I had to go back and show Bill to get it done. Otherwise, it was ok.The tables are never clean here. It has always spilled food like rice grains or lettuce. Salsa for chips was chopped tomatoes and spices.There was rice, beans, lettuce, salsa, and avocado for the vegetarian option. That's it.

I’m going to lose it… genuinely going to explode from frustration. If I could give negative stars I would (-17 which is also the price of one meal). Regardless of the overprice food to portion size, I have once again experienced missing portions of my meal. No vinaigrette, no fajita veggies, and they basically put no protein in my quesadilla. Not only this, my quesadilla was smushed into a bowl (not the normal quesadilla box) with the size smushes in loose with it. I placed an online order and it took them 40 minutes just for me to get my food to me apart the time I was suppose to. In addition to these issues, the workers, per usual, were cleaning everything up (stacking chairs on tables, wiping down grills, FOLDING APRONS) approximately an hour and a half before closing, while ignoring online orders and customers waiting to place orders in line. When I confronted the employees regarding no one (not the app or when I received my food) telling me the ingredients they were “out of” or flat out just didn’t add, I was told that they had been out of vinaigrette since 5 PM. This means they had 4 HOURS to update their app and let customers know they were out of this. I have never seen a business be so unorganized, so rude and unprofessional, and so eager to scam its customers from the food they PAID FOR. This is ridiculous. Although they are failing at all possible attributes, at least they are consistent… consistently messing up everyone’s orders and ruining everyone’s dinners.

This is the worst location I have ever been to. You basically have to do a mobile order because they will ignore you and not take your order for an unreasonable amount of time if you order in person. By 8:30 they stack all the chairs up so you can’t eat inside when the actual store is open until 10. The service is absolutely horrible and the employees are extremely rude and unprofessional. I have never had a good experience at this location.

Was just in and stood there waiting for 15 minutes for a pick up order waiting for someone to even acknowledge me. No one even tried to ask me if I needed anything. There were FIVE employees up front and not once did they even make eye contact.

Have been here several times in the last 2/3 months, and they have been out of cheese, corn, mild salsa, chips, and asad. Sometimes there’s a sign on the door informing you, but others you get up to the counter just to be disappointed. It’s consistently disgusting, food all over tables, napkins and utensils strewn about. This most recent time 1/27/24 was the worst i’ve seen it. Even the area where they serve the food from was covered with old food crumbs. The employees always look miserable and come across very cold. Not sure if it’s the management or corporation but this Chipotle needs help. Not sure if i’ll be returning after this visit.

I definitely recommend NOT eating here if you don’t want to be disappointed. Everytime I step foot into that door something is wrong. The place is always a mess and the counter is never stocked. There sodas are almost always running clear (not caramel color.) My orders are almost always mixed with someone else’s or is just missing items entirely! The portion control is ridiculous and honestly a joke for the amount of money you pay for the food here. This place is mediocre at best.
