I ordered a chicken quesadilla and it was very very dry and burnt. It was barely any cheese on it. And it was mostly just chicken and bread. I know they could do better because I've had many good experiances with cook out, but this time I was not impressed!!

Open at 10:30 .there was 6 cars waiting in line for our order to took .waited for 15 mins with no response .thank goodness someone from another car for out and ask ifthey was going to take anyone order.but they wasn't.so all 6 cars left .that was a lot of business you all lost

Ordered 2 hamburgers, 2 fries, no drinks at 4:15 on Oct. 8th. The hamburgers not much bigger than a Krystal hamburger with the works and the fries were cold, I mean cold from their window. They did give a large amount of fries but I tried to eat one cold before leaving the business and it was tough and hard to chew. Got home and tried to microwave to warm up. This only made the fries tougher. I only write reviews when I feel totally ripped off. A really bad meal experience for $17.36. Will never go back. My advice; drive on by and cook your own at home for a much better meal.

I got a cook out tray with a hamburger. I got food poisoning from it. The hamburger patty was coated in crumbled up charcoal , and instead of two patties I got one that had been torn apart. I was starving had not eaten all day so I ate half of the patty then pulled it off and threw it away. I felt sick,, nauseated right away,, burping charcoal then spent the entire night in the bathroom sick and sick with nausea all day the next day as well. I will never eat there again.
