I suggest that when getting a tray (value meal), that instead of an iced tea or soda, that you get a cheerwine float.
When it's super busy, it's faster to park your car if you can find a spot, and heading to the walk up window.
Double sided drive thru for faster service. But be careful if you are the only person in the vehicle and go the left side route - harder to pay and receive food if you are the driver, and all of the transactions are done on the passenger side.

I don’t necessarily blame the employees on shift but why have two drive thru lines lit up as if open if you only have one working line. If you can’t turn off the lights for the other line then at least let the folks know waiting at the drive through menu know that that line is not working so they don’t sit there for five minutes.

This is truly the most efficient cookout I’ve ever been to. We had like 6 tickets and they cranked out our stuff so fast I couldn’t keep up with the guy swiping our cards and giving us our foods. Actually incredible employees.

I ordered two sides worth of nuggets and they gave me six nuggets. And apparently the small amount has been happening with all of the sides from what I've been hearing from others.
I asked for ketchup and didn't get any, they didn't give any sort of utensils for my shake, not even a straw.
Now the burger was cookout style, I was expecting it to be a little messy, but there was an absolutely ungodly amount of slaw on there and it basically exploded in my car as soon as I opened the wrapper.
This places only saving graces is the taste of the burgers and the variety in the menu. But these pros are really outweighed by the bad service and absolutely abhorent lack of food you get for 11 whole dollars.
If you want to actually get what you pay for in terms of sides and other items, you're better off going to a different chain like McDonald's or Wendy's.
Would rate 1 star, but the burger did taste pretty good, but for the love of god, go easy on the slaw.
your money is better spent elsewhere, in my opinion.

Didn't eat pit at fast 9laces only a few times a year. Soggy gross cold fries . Hamburger gross also.
One of the few places open late in Boone.
Forgot my shake and whe n I went back around there wasn't any issues they laughed and handed me my shake
Always good food and the person taking my order is kind.
Way so much more betterer than the chic with red pony tails....
