Great place to shoot pool and to get food they have great burgers and drinks and they have a lot of pool tables everyone I’ve been I’ve never had to wait to play and the atmosphere is family friendly 10/10 would recommend

Absolutely amazing!! The food is outstanding (get the wings.. and the club sandwich!!) we couldn’t be more impressed with this place.

I am in no way associated with Family retreat, but I do visit it everytime I go through Boone. I do however want to address Alexa, who said basically it is not kid friendly. I have been there on several occasions when kids were there enjoying themselves. She stated that there wasnt seating and so on for her kids. Well it is a pool hall not Legoland! She really might consider Chuck E Cheese where the red carpet is rolled out for her precious kids.

Every time I go through Boone, I have to stop in. The place is great! The food is really far superior to what you would expect for a pool hall. The place is so clean that you think it is brand new even though it has been there for decades.As for pool, the tables, I believe are all 9 foot Diamonds, and are very well kept, clean and the balls are always polished. They even have a 10 foot Diamond with 4 1/4" pockets! A vary rare treat for those who really play. Again,,, a great place!

Unlikely place to get a great burger. Stopped in on a Saturday afternoon, and had a good time. Ten pool tables, place is very very clean, friendly service, food prices per portion size is very good and the burgers we had were cooked very good. Sides could have been a bit bigger portions. Per the name, there are no tables to sit and eat at, there is high top bar, and a low top bar, but then again its a billiards hall.

Friendly and clean. Great club sandwiches. Others in my party had burgers and each one was overdone and dry.

Place is a joke! You wear work boots into the place and they vacuum behind you. We was put into a corner. I guess two guys who work for a living don’t fit in with the snob people running & playing at the place. Music choices make a person wanna drink but they serve no alcohol… Boring place!

Great place, great atmosphere. Great people, And Food is really good there.... A lot better than you think A pool hall would serve. A regular now for 5 years .Just a awesome place !

Terrible service Wednesday 4:55 PM March 6, 2024. Had a party of three got there before 5 o’clock and left at 5: 10 PM waitress hasn’t acknowledge us, and took three different peoples orders that came in. After us, I stood up, went to the bar. She did not make iContact with me, and left to check out some other peoples billiards, answer the phone took another order on the phone while I was standing there. Will never be back. We love this place but that’s the last straw. We are Locals and will tell everybody to avoid this place you lost a lot of business tonight

Always have a good Time. Their Food is always great. As is the service. A great family friendly place.

Don’t let the name fool you. This place is NOT for families. No tables to sit for kids. We walked in with a 2, 6, and 9 year old and saw a bar, high tops, and pool tables. No one greeted us or invited us in further as we were searching for somewhere a family could sit. Definitely don’t recommend making the drive like we did!

First off the waitress was awesome, but the food was absolutely disgusting and hamburgers were dry and my 8 year never complains about hotdogs till she had one there, wasted fifty dollars and will NEVER return
