The food at Coyote Kitchen is delightful and their selection of salsa is excellent (and the Chipotle cream cheese not to be missed). Seating, especially when a whole room is reserved, is somewhat limited, and the staff appeared to be very short-handed when we went. The nice server who took our order at the bar was actually off the clock and ready to leave.
The bowl I had was tasty. The highlights were the appetizers which were hush puppies and bean and cheese dip. I requested to our server that the apps be first, but all the food was delivered at the same time. The server said everything is ready now, dropped off our food, and didn't check back. Service wasn't good.
Delicious food with excellent service. Clean establishment and great food selection. Lots of vegetarian, gluten free, and dairy free options. Very delicious options at that! They often have the same options as desserts as well. Must visit while in Boone!
