Tried to get a carry out order and the guy on the phone sighed and groaned the whole time, then told me he didn’t really want to let me pay through the phone because they were too busy?? Eventually just told me the system wasn’t working and I’d have to pay in person. When I asked how long he told me come get it in an hour. Real circle jerk over there

Almost every time I have ordered from this Domino's, it is late and I am given points for a free pizza. Today, I used my points for a free pizza and it has taken over an hour to even reach the oven according to the app. I tried calling just to see if the app was wrong and check on the order and we spent about 30 minutes on the phone without anyone answering.

I have a complaint. My pizza was cold once, and the delivery was delayed. I filed a complaint. I ordered it an hour after noon, and it arrived at 3:00. That's very late, and the pizza was very cold.

Best Domino’s I’ve been to. Place is super clean (including the bathroom). Service is great, the staff are kind, and the food is terrific. I prefer Papa John’s normally, but this Domino’s specifically is my favorite.

After papa John’s left me on read and eventually canceled my delivery after 1.5 hrs. I gave trusty dominoes a try. They actually showed up and made my delivery. And I ended up paying less for the same items.

BEST DOMINOS I’VE HAD IN MY LIFE. My carry out order took a few moments longer than expected, but it was clearly busy when we arrived. The team communicated with one another with a sea of orders to make, it was clean, organized, and the staff members were courteous. The pizza had a perfect doneness to its crust— golden and crunchy but not so much that it hurt your mouth, yet supple inside. The toppings were evenly dispersed and in a perfect, appropriate amount. A+. 10/10. Thanks, y’all!

After a heavy snow storm this was one of the only places in Boone that would deliver. They did not jack up delivery costs like the other two places did. Food delivered in a reasonable time and was excellent quality. Thank you!

I ordered a pizza on December 6th from the Boone store on Blowing Rock Road. They could not find my place and brought my food back to the store. Because my food took so long they gave me a free "Emergency" Pizza coupon that I decided to use today. The coupon did not work and I called the store and spoke to a member of the staff. I was informed in a not so caring way that there is nothing that the store can do, and that its a website problem and that I would have "just pay upon delivery". So I am to pay for a pizza, that was given to me for a mistake the previous day, because of a mistake on the website today? Not to mention the pizza I ordered about a week ago was raw and undercooked. I am tired of filing complaints and being dismissed as if my patronage doesn't matter. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Maybe then some concern and hospitality will be given to guests.

It would be nice if they’d answer the phone. Been on hold for 15 minutes just trying to see if my order went through. Paid and waited over an hour when I’m 10 minutes away. Pizza tracker saying “in the oven” for the last 40 minutes.

Very inconsistent location, sometimes its great, sometimes its horrible. Its just luck on getting a competent employee to make your pizza. 75% of the time i order hand tossed pizzas, there is zero of the garlic on the crust when its supposed to have it by default, just pure laziness.
