Canceled an appointment and was not issued a refund or a credit to the appointment I scheduled. Brought a group, scheduled ahead, and there was a gap in the one board through the bulls eye where the hatchet would not stick. The other target we had was so worn out the bullseye was unrecognizable. Asked to have it changed, was told it would take 20 minutes out of our scheduled time- why didn't we have functional boards upon arrival? Especially with a reservation? Why would their umpreparedness be at my cost?The woman who demonstrated for us gave us a... 30 second to 1 minute lesson and never came back to check on us.Tried to charge me too much upon check out, too.1. No refund for cancelation2. Worn boards that impacted play3. Unprofessional service4. Tried to charge too much (It's $30 a person).

Fun time with friends.Very friendly attendant. Only issue was most beer was sold out, but, we were there the day after a large frat party....

Great rainy day activity for the bored Boone student! Huge discount for anyone with a student ID, so it’s only like 10$ for an hour of study stress relief. Applecart (orange or green route) gets you right next door at new market.Bring a jacket when it’s cold and dress light when it’s warm, there isn’t a central air system so the temperature is controlled by a “complex” system of box fans and open doors.Staff is very flexible and willing to work with any situation - just ask!

Had a great time with coworkers! We hollered, we laughed and we groaned (when we missed). Fun time was had by all, enjoyed some snacks and thankful for the clean restrooms.

We held our oldest birthday party here and group of 16 years old and had a blast. They closed the whole place for us and the price was right. The staff are super nice and will bend over backwards to make sure everything is just perfect.

We had a great time tonight at Elwood’s. The person working, Nick, was incredibly friendly and helpful and was able to help us to improve our accuracy. It was our first time throwing axes, but we were able to get the hang of it pretty quickly! I wish there was a place like this in Raleigh, I will for sure come back the next time I’m in Boone!
